- With this spread you can take hits from specs gren, specs Ash-Gren and Zygarde.
- Zygarde 28 Sp. Def combined with misty seed means HP ICE from defensive Lando-T will not break the sub (EQ does though).
- Setting up vs Lando-T can be possible if the opponent doesn't know EQ breaks the sub.
- Hydro pump from Rotom-W doesn't break the sub.
- 280 Speed means you outspeed Mega Lopunny at+ 1.
- 401 HP so chansey doesn't break the sub with seismic toss.
- Adamant Nature to boost thousand arrows.
- Greninja set is straight forward:
- Spikes hurt opposing walls; Ice Beam hits everything; Low Kick with expert Belt OHKO's Kyurem-B which claims a kill everytime it comes in and it is also for Chansey; U-Turn is for momentum and to hit Tangrowth very hard.
- Bulky QD Volcarona is here to check Kartana, which destroys this team, and sweep your opponent when Heatran is gone.
- The spread means Knock Off + Z Knock Off DOES NOT OHKO from full HP.
- 292 speed so you outspeed Mega Alakazam at +1.
- This set also can beat Shift Gear Magearna, even a CM one.
- Excadrill is here for Koko and Koko only.
- Mega Latios is a weird one.
- Usually is Mega Latias who has this spread, but I wanted more power to remove Heatran from the game faster with EQ.
- Defog + Rapid Spin on Exca means that Fini and Volcarona are not chipped away at often, so they can do their job better.
