CHAPTER ONE.

I remember waking up in an abandoned cave with a little dizziness, I had no idea who I was at the time, looking around, I could see glowing mushrooms variating in all different colors and shapes, "where am I?", I couldn't help but wonder. There was bright sunlight emanating from the entrance of the cave so I walked over, I could see the biggest sun I have ever witnessed and the sunset was breath-taking.

Looking out to the horizon I could see different alien-like creatures. "Wow, this gorgeous, but I need to find water and food if I wanted to stay alive", climbing down the face of the mountain cave I was attacked by some kind of flying creature, I had no idea what this thing was so I ran as fast as I could to find cover. The creature swooped down and pinned me to the ground, out of nowhere a tall person-like creature came in from nowhere, hitting the big bird-like thing in the head with a rock.

"Thanks, you saved my life!",  it looked back at me and snarled before running away, I ran and followed it shouting "I need help, I don't know how I got here and I'm lost". before long, the creature turns around and takes off the helmet, it was a woman, well something that resembles a woman, "what do you want?" she asks, I didn't know what to say, all I know was I needed  shelter, food, and water so that's what I replied to her with.

Grabbing my hand we start running to a campsite, it was warm, cozy "stay here" she said in a soft and gentle voice, I couldn't help but notice I was being stared at by everyone as if they have never seen anyone like me before so I sat, waiting for her to return. Shortly after she comes back with a big burly man that looks a lot like me "who are you? Why have you come here?" He asks, at this point, I still didn't know who I was or where I came from "sir, I thank you for allowing me into your home, I am so very grateful but im at a loss for where I came from, all I remember is waking up in a cave not so far from here, if it wasn't for this lovely lady, I would most likely be dead by now".

He stared for a while shaking his head in confusion before replying with "fine, Thill shall show you to your bed for tonight, as of tomorrow, we will decide what to do with you, for now, enjoy your stay. The night felt long and tiresome but I couldn't get to sleep, deciding I would go for a walk until a man named Orstyx caught up with me "hey wait up!" he screamed, "hows your night?" I didn't know how to answer so I just said "Strange, its like I never existed until this evening and then I just woke up, now im here".

He stared at me deeply for a while "what?" I asked, to his reply "Nothing, it's strange how you're still alive after so long and after what happened during the black daylight". I was puzzled, "the black night? what happened?" he looked at me again with a confused expression, "well, falons ago there was many of your kind with families of there own, it was beautiful, they grew flowers, cultivated trees and all other kinds of wilderness. Until one day, the skies turned blacker than night itself, people as your kind call them started dying all over the place, roads quickly filled up with dead bodies. There were some who were somehow immune to whatever happened that day and turned into what you see before you now, we called it the black daylight ever since".
