Coat and corset:  Looks basically like Blake from RWBY (http://images.wikia.com/rwby/images/4/4b/Blake_3.png) Shoulders are sort of filly/crumpled/poofy like a dress.
Top: Sort of normal, but wrapped with a ribbon all the way down to her back, and tied around the jacket to tighten it at the waist.
(whole upper clothing is sort of tight and form fitting)
Hair has a golden bow and worn down.
Bottom: Miniskirt, then a longer knee-length skirt underneath that (these are also somewhat tight, meaning they don't spread out when she's jumping).  Nylons.  Thigh-high boots.
Has a the Lightsworn Rapier (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Lightsworn_Sabre) tied to hip.
