Trying to get it right

S-Link 2 - Twilight (N)

During lunch period today, you decide to spend some time with Twilight again.

She isn't especially hard to find considering you already found her hiding place.

Twilight looks up as the door creaks open.

Twilight: Oh, you're back again? What is it this time?

	Twilight: Really? What kind of books are you interested in?

	For a few moments, Twilight forgets herself and you talk about your own interests.

	Twilight: I never would have guessed those were your tastes, [Player]!

>Option 2 - I was hoping to follow your lead and study.

	Twilight averts her eyes, but can't stop herself from smiling.

	Twilight: It's not like I'm the first person to come up with the idea of using the library to study.

	Twilight: ... but I appreciate it anyway.

>Option 3 - I wanted to get you alone.

	Twilight stares at you for a moment in obvious confusion, then rolls her eyes and smirks.

	Twilight: I'm sure, [Player]. How many times have you used that line?

Twilight sighs and puts her book to the side as you approach the desk.

Twilight: I have to be honest, it is nice to see you again.

Twilight: But I really do have a lot going on.

She looks over at her book and sighs.

Twilight: ...And a lot on my mind too.

	Twilight: That-

	She sighs and smiles.

	Twilight: That would take a lot of time to explain.

	Twilight: But I'm glad that you asked.

	Twilight: Oh, this? Just some supplemental reading from one of the classes.

	She taps her finger on the open page.

	Twilight: I get the feeling I'm going to need it sooner or later.

Option 3 - Ask what she's spending her time on.

	Twilight: Research and studying, mostly.

	She slides a hand over the other books on the counter.

	Twilight: As you can probably tell.

	Twilight: I'm trying to get into a special program.

Before you can probe further, the bell rings.

Twilight's nose wrinkles as she sighs.

Twilight: Great, out of time again.

She begins to pack up her things.

Twilight: Well [Player], it really was good to see you again. Maybe we should make this a regular thing?

Twilight fixes you with an awkward smile and pulls out her phone.

Twilight: Here, give me your number; I'll let you know when I have some free time and we can talk more.

You gave Twilight your number.

Twilight: Fantastic! I'll be in touch.

Twilight quickly leaves the library.

You better get going too if you want to make it back to class.
