Shadow Garden moved out in order to uncover the secrets behind the sanctuary of the Order of Diabolos. On the other hand, at around the same time, Shadow-sama also infiltrated the sanctuary as a student of the Midgard Magic Swordsman Academy named Sid. And because of the fateful encounter with the novelist Natsume, Shadow-sama decided to infiltrate using his own route.

The “Trial of the Goddess”, which opened the gate to the sanctuary once a year, started. While we were waiting for a chance to rush in, a beautiful jet-black warrior descended in front of us ── it was Shadow-sama! As the venue was enveloped by unrest, the sanctuary reacted to Shadow-sama and summoned Aurora, the “Witch of Calamity” herself. There might not be anyone with the power to match Shadow-sama, even throughout all of history. But if there was ── Aurora might be one of the few who could do it. However, even she didn’t measure up to Shadow-sama. She fell before Shadow-sama’s overwhelming true power. For the audience, it might have been a disappointing conclusion. However, I clearly saw the high-level strategies those two used against each other. How many people in the world have the ability to strategize on par with Shadow-sama I wonder? It might be impossible even for me.

The “Witch of Calamity”, Aurora, is also the key to the mystery of the sanctuary. Shadow-sama predicted this development; he summoned and defeated Aurora in order to open the gate to the sanctuary. Thanks to Shadow-sama, entering the sanctuary was much easier than planned. And once there, we uncovered the surprising truth──. Alpha-sama saw through all the dangers and defenses of the sanctuary, swore to eventually cut off it’s source of power, and made a tactical retreat.

However, everything that happened was in the palm of Shadow-sama’s hand. Shadow-sama secretly infiltrated the heart of the sanctuary, and once there, he chose the simplest and most reliable solution. That solution was to eradicate the sanctuary from this world using his strongest attack. There is only a single person in the world capable of that: Shadow-sama. We could only admire Shadow-sama’s abnormal power, and terrific decision making ability. The Order must be dumbfounded at the fact that we had annihilated their sanctuary in a single night. Or perhaps they were raging with a beet-red face? Either way, before Shadow-sama the Order are no different from babies!!

After the sanctuary was annihilated, the “God of War Festival” started in the kingdom of Midgard. Shadow Garden had no plans to infiltrate the “God of War Festival”. That was because there was a disturbing presence in the capital’s merchant association and in the Oriana Kingdom. However, Shadow-sama decided to hide his true identity and participate in the “God of War Festival”. There must have been something only Shadow-sama could see in there. And Shadow-sama’s hunch had been on the mark. Rose Oriana, who was scheduled to appear on the tournament, cut down her own fiance and disappeared. Her disappearance was definitely connected to the Order of Diabolos. They must be planning to do something at the “God of War Festival”.

While Rose Oriana had been hiding underground, she was guided by the sound of a beautiful piano to an old temple. In that place, illuminated by a magical light, she met with Shadow-sama, who had been performing “Moonlight Sonata”! Shadow-sama’s power isn’t his only wonderful quality. His brains and artistic ability are also top notch! His performance had been so absolutely divine, that Rose’s whole body trembled as she cried tears of gratitude! There, Shadow-sama cured Rose’s disease, and gave her guidance on how to proceed. The same as when we were saved by Shadow-sama…

And thus, Shadow-sama advanced to the finals of the “God of War Festival” without revealing his true power. He must have seen through the Order’s plan. Surely, he was just waiting for the moment when they made their move. He easily won against a former member of the Seven Swords of Begalta, and he also overwhelmed the strongest magic swordsman in Midgard, Alice Midgard. It was then that Rose appeared in the arena. The crowd had been staring at her when she cut down and killed the king of Oriana, who was also her own father. This is something I learned later on, but it seems that the Order had turned the king of Oriana into a puppet, and intended to use him to assassinate the king of Midgard. Tearing the kingdoms of Midgard and Oriana apart, and infiltrating Midgard once the battle for succession started… It was a method befitting of the Order. However, when Rose killed the king of Oriana, their plan collapsed. That action caused the Order to lose both their puppet, the king of Oriana; and Doem’s fiance, Rose. Everything went according to Shadow-sama’s expectations. He may have been a bit too strict, but Shadow-sama made Rose choose her own path. Almost as if he had told her that the thorny path was the only one where the kingdom of Oriana survived…

In order to let Rose escape, Shadow-sama stood between her and her pursuers. He mowed down Doem’s private army, and crossed swords with the “God of War” Beatrix. Surely no one doubted Beatrix, they all believed that she would win. However, Shadow-sama is the pinnacle of swordsmanship. The “God of War” Beatrix was moved by Shadow-sama’s sword, and lost without being able to do anything!! The attack that Shadow-sama used when he left made the clouds disappear and stopped the rain. Everyone there will surely remember that scene for the rest of their lives. Do you see it now!? This is Shadow-sama’s true power!!
