  10. [2014-09-05 20:27:30]* DontAskForCookies Hemlocks Face disapears as the hedges part to reveal the large double doors leading out of the maze.
  11. [2014-09-05 20:29:34]* Shy_Beast starts to move towards the double doors, trying to push them open
  12. [2014-09-05 20:33:06]* DontAskForCookies the Doors are Iron and coverd with snacking vines. They eaasily swing open with a loud creek, beyond them lies a magnicently well manicured garden.
  13. [2014-09-05 20:34:38]<DontAskForCookies> The garden is surrounded by tall hedge walls with two pathways leading east and west. To the north is a much larger looking set of hardwood doors set in a brick wall. Not far from the norther doors is a smaller set of doors with a quaint sign over it advertising it as a medical station.
  14. [2014-09-05 20:34:58]* Shy_Beast looks to his teammates. "Who need heals?"
  15. [2014-09-05 20:36:41]* Meryl spurs her mount to follow giving him a pat "Thanks, we'er fine."
  16. [2014-09-05 20:36:51]* Grwn puts his new timberwolf back scratcher on his backpack, then gliding ahead after Shy_Beast. "I'm good. Entropy already did some mumbo jumbo." He gives her a talon up.
  17. [2014-09-05 20:37:25]* Shy_Beast smiles and nods lightly. "Good, we go dancing through garden then!"
  18. [2014-09-05 20:37:30]* DontAskForCookies hidden cameras in the garden follow the trotters as they progress.
  19. [2014-09-05 20:39:00]* Shy_Beast moves and looks down the eastern path
  20. [2014-09-05 20:42:00]* DontAskForCookies the Path gos on for a ways down a arched path choked with vines and white flowers to another iron door painted white.
  21. [2014-09-05 20:42:27]* Shy_Beast then looks down the west path
  22. [2014-09-05 20:43:42]* Entropy smiles and nods. "I'm good to go. Shall we?"
  23. [2014-09-05 20:43:55]* DontAskForCookies The west Path leands down a similar vine covered series of arches and is covered with black flowers. At the far end rests a black painted iron door.
  24. [2014-09-05 20:44:44]* Shy_Beast thinks a bit and nods. "We should go down black door."
  25. [2014-09-05 20:45:47]* Entropy cants her head at Shy. "Why do you think that?"
  26. [2014-09-05 20:46:58]<Grwn> "I'm gonna go with Beast's suggestion." He snaps a rose from the hedge to his beak, then takes Entropy's hooves. "Lets dance, you and I."
  27. [2014-09-05 20:47:09]<Shy_Beast> "Black mean bad, iron bad for nature."
  28. [2014-09-05 20:48:38]* Entropy squeeks as Grwn takes her paws. "Uh... alright. But aren't we supposed to follow it down the garden path? And go with nature?"
  29. [2014-09-05 20:49:09]<Grwn> *paws
  30. [2014-09-05 20:49:55]<Shy_Beast> "No no no." He shakes his head and smiles. "We go to destroy natures enemy."
  31. [2014-09-05 20:50:36]* Entropy nods. "Ah, I see. Then, lead Grwn. Let us tango!"
  32. [2014-09-05 20:50:49]* Meryl shrugs "Nature is natural, this all made. Look its a maze. Nothing natural here."
  33. [2014-09-05 20:53:28]* Grwn guides Entropy to the door in an improvised semblance of dance steps, as he doesn't really know much of that stuff. "Black's a cool color. But the DJ might be playing tricks. Black is danger or whatever."
  34. [2014-09-05 20:54:06]* Shy_Beast smirks. "Then more fun." He heads towards the door
  35. [2014-09-05 20:55:23]* DontAskForCookies the west path, much like the rest of the dungeon so far, smells lovely. cut off from the crowd here unseen cameras follow as you head for the distant black iron gate. No lock can be seen and it looks as easy as giving it a simple push to open
  36. [2014-09-05 20:55:48]* Shy_Beast gives it a good push
  37. [2014-09-05 20:56:51]* Meryl sit tall in the saddle, trying to see if she hears any thing
  38. [2014-09-05 20:58:14]* Grwn smiles to Entropy. "So do you come here often?" As spins around, he keeps his eyes on the path ahead for danger
  39. [2014-09-05 20:58:18]* DontAskForCookies Beyond the now open door is a wide open grassy hill upon which sits a Gazeebo. It seems as if pony shaped objects are sitting there around a table. The top of the hill and most of the Gazeebo is shaded by a large tree.
  40. [2014-09-05 21:01:44]* DontAskForCookies Shy Beast smells... food
  41. [2014-09-05 21:02:09]* Entropy spins smoothly with the dance. "Oh, this is my first time. You?"
  42. [2014-09-05 21:03:00]* Shy_Beast blinks as he sniffs out the food
  43. [2014-09-05 21:03:41]* DontAskForCookies the food smell seems to come from up the hill towards the gazeebo.
  44. [2014-09-05 21:04:48]<Grwn> "Me too. But I like this place, reminds me of my old home. Plants everywhere and playful animals." He glances and frowns at Shy_Beast. "Hey, why aren't you dancing too? You have your... something, and Meryl has the horse, it's perfect!"
  45. [2014-09-05 21:06:29]* Entropy smiles and nods. "Yup! Come, let us dance to the DJ's music. Can't you hear it?"
  46. [2014-09-05 21:07:45]* Shy_Beast blinks a bit and looks to them. "What music?"
  47. [2014-09-05 21:08:10]* Shy_Beast moves up cautiously towards the gazebo, not understanding what has gotten into his teammates
  48. [2014-09-05 21:10:44]* DontAskForCookies As beast climbs teh hill the smell of deicious plants and baked goods as well as wine drifts into his nostrils. Coming closer the pony shaped figures turn out ot be statues aranged around a table in the center of the gazebo.
  49. [2014-09-05 21:11:30]* Grwn shrugs at Shy_Beast and smiles back at Entropy, he leads them around the Gazebo, keeping an eye for anything strange. "A beating heart is good enough when someone wants to have fun."
  50. [2014-09-05 21:11:47]* Meryl moves along doing her best to keep an eye out for any thing odd, outher then her team mates
  51. [2014-09-05 21:11:53]* DontAskForCookies Picknick baskets are set out on top and near the table, the statues (all four of them) seem to be grusomly posed... all of them in the likeness of death, slumped in various ways. Some grasping there stomacks why others slump against the table with there eyes rolled back.
  52. [2014-09-05 21:12:10]* Entropy continues to watch and look around as he views the room.

  54. [2014-09-05 21:12:23]* Shy_Beast blinks as he looks to the food and then to the statues. "Either a warning or a challenge."
  55. [2014-09-05 21:12:46]* DontAskForCookies before the statue ponies are four empty gold plates...
  56. [2014-09-05 21:13:25]* Shy_Beast looks for the food
  57. [2014-09-05 21:14:26]* DontAskForCookies there are various food sorts around them! multiple baskets full of plants, bottles of wine, and baked goods.
  58. [2014-09-05 21:16:09]* Meryl shakes her head "This screams of a trap." looking to the statues
  59. [2014-09-05 21:18:00]* DontAskForCookies Shy beast recognizes most of these plants and other ingreediants... as poison. Various poisons that could be found in a garden.
  60. [2014-09-05 21:18:11]* Shy_Beast nods.
  61. [2014-09-05 21:18:25]<Shy_Beast> "These plants and such are all poisons." He moves and starts to pick them
  62. [2014-09-05 21:20:56]* Meryl flaps her wings a bit in disgust "I hope the DJ didn't have to kill anyone?" pointing her lance at the statues
  63. [2014-09-05 21:21:21]* DontAskForCookies Entropy notes inlayed runes and ley lines on the table marking a triger of some sort, magical in nature. Following the line of magics it seems to lead to the tree.
  64. [2014-09-05 21:22:11]* Entropy shakes her head. "No... she wouldn't have..." The purrsian pads her way toward the gazebo, spiraling around... after a few moments, she spots the runes and ley lines and follows it to the tree.
  65. [2014-09-05 21:22:13]* DontAskForCookies there are four Statues, all the ponies are dead but are posed drastically diffrently one and all.
  66. [2014-09-05 21:23:58]* Grwn follows Entropy along. "What's up?"
  67. [2014-09-05 21:28:58]<DontAskForCookies> Entropy follows the magic towards the tree spoting a large knot near its base at pony head height. Looking closer she almost misses the whistling sound of one of the trees limbs sweeping towards her but thankfully catches it at the last moment,
  68. [2014-09-05 21:29:16]* DontAskForCookies The limb shakes the ground slightly as it slambs next to her.
  69. [2014-09-05 21:29:48]* Entropy jumps back acrobatically to avoid anymore of the limbs. "Well... that's interesting..."
  70. [2014-09-05 21:31:10]<Entropy> "I think we have to solve the puzzle before we can go that way."
  71. [2014-09-05 21:31:19]* DontAskForCookies the tree swings wildy but is unable to reach with any of its hoof thick limbs again and soon setles down again.
  72. [2014-09-05 21:31:22]* Meryl yells to Entropy as the tree tried to smash her with a branch "Are you alright?"
  73. [2014-09-05 21:31:28]* Shy_Beast nods a bit as he moves to place the poison herbs on the plates
  74. [2014-09-05 21:32:17]* Entropy smiles to Meryl and nods. "Yes, I'm fine."
  75. [2014-09-05 21:33:58]<Grwn> He stares at the tree. "I could try to hack it away. These spoiled trees haven't seen a decent gardener in a while, too much attitude here."
  76. [2014-09-05 21:35:32]* DontAskForCookies Shy sets all four plates with various poisonous plants and after a few moments the plates grow. One remains glowing as one of the trees limbs freezes up completely. The other three plates however tip over and toss off the poison as gold silverware shoots at Shy.
  77. [2014-09-05 21:36:44]* Shy_Beast ouches and flails a bit. He sighs. "Fine fine, jeeze, ever heard of kitchen nightmares, is beast right?" He chuckles
  78. [2014-09-05 21:36:47]<DontAskForCookies> three small golden salad forks stick out of Shys Hide.
  79. [2014-09-05 21:37:31]<DontAskForCookies> *correction, two plates remain, not one"
  80. [2014-09-05 21:37:58]* DontAskForCookies Half of them seem satisfied for some reason while the other two are not.
  81. [2014-09-05 21:40:08]* Entropy looks back at the gazebo, trotting over and looking at the beast. "Huh... what happened?"
  82. [2014-09-05 21:40:15]* Shy_Beast moves and sighs as he looks around for more plants
  83. [2014-09-05 21:40:25]<Shy_Beast> "These things want feed, so I picked poison."
  84. [2014-09-05 21:42:17]* Grwn glides closer, confused. "Poison? Why's poison food?"
  85. [2014-09-05 21:43:09]<Shy_Beast> "Don't know."
  86. [2014-09-05 21:43:19]<Shy_Beast> "They like poison Beast guess."
  87. [2014-09-05 21:46:05]* Grwn looks at the poisoned food and the places. "So, what did you do?"
  88. [2014-09-05 21:46:20]<DontAskForCookies> Entropy and Shy take in the plates for a while before something dawns on them. Elphant ear salad and Golden Chain Seeds are placed before the statues, remembering the symptoms of these poisons they match up with the dipected deaths of the pony statues.
  89. [2014-09-05 21:46:59]* DontAskForCookies one with a swollen tongue protruding from its mouth while the other slumps on the table in a coma.
  90. [2014-09-05 21:47:17]* Entropy smiles and nods. "So, we just need to match the poison, right?"
  91. [2014-09-05 21:49:11]* DontAskForCookies of the other two one is clutching its heart while the other its stomack.
  92. [2014-09-05 21:53:12]* DontAskForCookies Shy Beast spots a plate of Jasmine Berries which would match up nicely to the one holding its stomache. while Grwn notices Oleander leaves sticking out of a muffing that would cause the heart troubles.
  93. [2014-09-05 21:53:42]* Shy_Beast moves and grabs the berries, putting them on the plate
  94. [2014-09-05 21:54:05]* DontAskForCookies the plate glows as another limb locks up.
  95. [2014-09-05 21:54:38]<Grwn> "That pony must have gotten a bite of the muffin. This is why statues shouldn't eat." He puts the muffin on the last plate.
  96. [2014-09-05 21:56:25]* DontAskForCookies the last plate glows as the tree sudders once and stops moving. the spottend knot of brances near the base of the tree creek and unfold to reveal a glowing, oddly shaped Onix Chunk.
  97. [2014-09-05 21:56:34]* Shy_Beast blinks and moves towards it
  98. [2014-09-05 21:56:54]* DontAskForCookies A onix shaped Chunk with a simple spot of ebony imbedded upon it.
  99. [2014-09-05 21:58:44]* Shy_Beast shrugs and grabs it
  100. [2014-09-05 21:58:44]* Grwn punches the tree just because he can. "It's all your fault, you statue killer."
  101. [2014-09-05 22:00:03]* Entropy walks over and looks at the chunk of ebony, her eyes glowing as she attempts to detect magic.
  102. [2014-09-05 22:00:19]* DontAskForCookies Hemlocks voice echos from around you. "well done, if only more adventures came into my dungeons with such knowledge of poisons... maybe more would survive".
  103. [2014-09-05 22:00:36]* DontAskForCookies no magic comes off the onix shape.
  104. [2014-09-05 22:00:56]* DontAskForCookies it appears like a half sicle with a wave breaking the middle
  105. [2014-09-05 22:01:02]* Meryl gives a laugh at Grwn antics "So punching some wood are we now."
  106. [2014-09-05 22:01:15]<DontAskForCookies> *circle
  107. [2014-09-05 22:01:47]* Shy_Beast chuckles happiy and takes it. "I wonder what this is."
  108. [2014-09-05 22:03:38]* Shy_Beast smiles and takes it. "Should we go wood or white?"
  109. [2014-09-05 22:03:45]<Grwn> "I'm all pent up, that's what happens when." He stretches and takes a look at it. "These weird things always fit somewhere." He looks around for a door or any sort of slot
  110. [2014-09-05 22:03:55]* Entropy shakes her head and her eyes stop glowing. "Maybe its a key?"
  111. [2014-09-05 22:04:51]* DontAskForCookies no other obvious exits besides the way they came appear around the base of the hill.
  112. [2014-09-05 22:05:26]* Shy_Beast moves back the way they came, smiling. "Let us go!"
  113. [2014-09-05 22:05:37]* Meryl nods "We may have to go back to the other door and... I don't know."
  114. [2014-09-05 22:06:11]* Entropy nods. "Well... life and death do occur often in nature."
  115. [2014-09-05 22:07:05]* Shy_Beast shurgs. "Let's go to the other door!"
  116. [2014-09-05 22:07:37]<Grwn> "I agree, Meryl! Don't know is very likely." He puts up a dancing pose and starts to dance his way backward to the split path, throwing a smile at Entropy.
  117. [2014-09-05 22:08:14]* Entropy giggles and joins in the dance with Grwn, heading up the path.
  118. [2014-09-05 22:08:39]* DontAskForCookies the group is soon back in the branching section.
  119. [2014-09-05 22:15:19]* DontAskForCookies as they pass through the main area Entropy and Shy notice something about the wooden door as they pass it. Namely the indented circle in the center where this Onix half circle with the wavey center and Ivory dot would fit well
  120. [2014-09-05 22:15:48]* Shy_Beast sighs a bit. "Yin Yag."
  121. [2014-09-05 22:16:38]* Entropy nods her head. "Mhm. Nature's Balance."
  122. [2014-09-05 22:17:34]* Grwn pats Shy_Beast's back. "There, there. No need to be frustrated."
  123. [2014-09-05 22:17:58]* Grwn doesn't seem to know what this thing is anyway.
  124. [2014-09-05 22:19:38]* Shy_Beast shrugs. "I don't mind." He says as he moves to the white door and pushes it open.
  125. [2014-09-05 22:20:50]* DontAskForCookies moving to the white door and opening it they are met by another garden... and another, and another. and yet another still. A stone walkway leads out to the center of this room where there stands a plack and a ood chest. All four corners of this room are a diffrent style of garden.
  126. [2014-09-05 22:21:07]* Entropy dances forward, keeping an eye open for any traps or other dangers.
  127. [2014-09-05 22:22:06]* Meryl keeps her mount moving along after the rest
  128. [2014-09-05 22:22:34]* Grwn dances along with Entropy, with an attentive eye for these gardens
  129. [2014-09-05 22:22:37]* Shy_Beast blinks as he looks around and thinks for a second, looking at each of the gardens
  130. [2014-09-05 22:23:13]* Entropy pauses in her dance as she examines the chest.
  131. [2014-09-05 22:23:45]* DontAskForCookies there is a japanese garden, a zen garden, a Persian garden, and the last a english garden mostly dominated by a small lake.
  132. [2014-09-05 22:24:36]* DontAskForCookies The chest has a large lock with four key holes, radiating out from it are four diffrent wood types making it up. The nearby Plack has a poem on it
  133. [2014-09-05 22:25:46]<DontAskForCookies> The plack reads as: "From across the four corners of the land -From deppest depths to the raked sand"
  134. [2014-09-05 22:26:04]* DontAskForCookies "Four Keys for four locks Hidden well from sight - Collect them if the chests secrets you wish to bring to light"
  135. [2014-09-05 22:26:20]* DontAskForCookies "Turn away without this task compleate - Then never your treasure will you reap"
  136. [2014-09-05 22:26:36]* DontAskForCookies "Turn them all together at the same time - This all is true becouse its in a rhyme"
  137. [2014-09-05 22:26:40]* DontAskForCookies the poem ends
  138. [2014-09-05 22:26:58]* Shy_Beast hmms a bit and nods. "Good, so find key hidden." He says moving to the japanese garden, closest to zebra heritage
  139. [2014-09-05 22:27:55]* Entropy smiles and heads toward the Purrsian garden.
  140. [2014-09-05 22:29:30]* Grwn dives into the lake
  141. [2014-09-05 22:31:35]* Meryl moves off to the zen garden, leaning forward on her mount "Lets go see what we can find." she tells he horse
  142. [2014-09-05 22:37:00]<DontAskForCookies> Grwn and Entropy spot something interesting. Grwn spots a glint at the bottom of the lake while Entropy spots a mozaic tyle wall at the back of her garden that depics several key shaped tiles that appear to be buttons.
  143. [2014-09-05 22:37:32]* Entropy smiles. "Button, button, who's got the button..." The Purrsian wanders over and starts to play.
  144. [2014-09-05 22:38:14]* Shy_Beast sighs a bit and moves to trim a bonsai tree
  145. [2014-09-05 22:40:33]* Grwn swims with mighty ambivalence as the needed a bath but this water is cold as fuck
  146. [2014-09-05 22:43:56]<DontAskForCookies> Trimming his bonzi Shy spots a key shaped bonzi perched in a pot on the top of a minature temple along the back wall. Meryl notices a patch of sand in the zen garden that isnt raked.
  147. [2014-09-05 22:45:27]* Shy_Beast moves towards it slowly, examining the temple
  148. [2014-09-05 22:45:51]<DontAskForCookies> Grwn dives deep and clutches the shiny object, finding it to indeed be the key he swims up and gasps for air, his head dizzy from the dive.
  149. [2014-09-05 22:46:13]* DontAskForCookies Entropys puzzle resets itself after she pushes the buttons in the wrong sequence.
  150. [2014-09-05 22:46:50]* DontAskForCookies the temple is made of wood and stone, it looks turdy enough to climb up to the bonzi planter if a bit dificult at points.
  151. [2014-09-05 22:47:59]* Entropy raises an eyebrow at the puzzle and tries again.
  152. [2014-09-05 22:48:57]* Shy_Beast does so, using all four arms
  153. [2014-09-05 22:49:07]* Grwn swims to the shore and wobbles to the chest, shaking the cold water and looking like something of a disgruntled birdkitty
  154. [2014-09-05 22:49:14]* DontAskForCookies giving it a second shot Entropy punches in another series of buttons. As she pushes the last one her paw breks through the week tile into a hidden pocket with a key.
  155. [2014-09-05 22:50:09]<Grwn> "Got one." He calls to the other, moving his eyes to the chest and waiting
  156. [2014-09-05 22:50:54]* Entropy smiles happily and takes the key, returning to the chest. "I got one!"
  157. [2014-09-05 22:53:37]* Meryl dissmounts to dig in the sand
  158. [2014-09-05 22:54:55]* Grwn waits as the babble said something about using the keys together
  159. [2014-09-05 22:55:16]* Grwn flaps his wings to dry them off
  160. [2014-09-05 22:55:31]* DontAskForCookies After shifting through the sand a bit Meryl finds a key there. Shy easily climbs to the top and returns with teh planted key shaped bonzi.
  161. [2014-09-05 22:56:25]<Grwn> "Hot bathtubs are one of the greatest things ever invented, you know."
  162. [2014-09-05 22:56:44]* Entropy nods. "Mmm. Indeed."
  163. [2014-09-05 22:56:48]* Meryl holds the key up in the air "Found one." she yells to the rest, then leads her mount to the chest with the others
  164. [2014-09-05 22:58:22]* Shy_Beast smiles a bit. "Beast found his."
  165. [2014-09-05 22:58:50]* DontAskForCookies sticking out of the inside of the pot is the key for the chest.
  166. [2014-09-05 22:59:56]<Grwn> "Alright, let's do it!" He readies his key, waiting for Beast only. "All together-like, with hugs and rainbows. Or killer plants. Either works."
  167. [2014-09-05 23:00:15]* Entropy smiles and nods. "On the count of 3."
  168. [2014-09-05 23:01:05]* Shy_Beast shurgs and nods, holding his key out
  169. [2014-09-05 23:01:07]<Shy_Beast> "1"
  170. [2014-09-05 23:01:59]<Grwn> "Two!"
  171. [2014-09-05 23:02:54]<Entropy> "Three!" The purrsian turns with the others.
  172. [2014-09-05 23:03:00]* Shy_Beast turns his key
  173. [2014-09-05 23:03:02]* Meryl just stick the key in and turns
  174. [2014-09-05 23:03:52]* DontAskForCookies the keys turn as one and the lock clicks as the chest swings open to show the Ebony half of the ying yang symble with its onix spot.
  175. [2014-09-05 23:04:37]* Entropy smiles and grabs the other half. "Alright then. Shall we?"
  176. [2014-09-05 23:05:06]* Meryl nods "Ok, now to the big doors."
  177. [2014-09-05 23:05:26]* Shy_Beast smiles and nods. "Indeed." He holds out his half and walks to the big doors with his group
  178. [2014-09-05 23:05:49]<Shy_Beast> "What would have happened if a team had less than 4 people on it?" He asks his group
  179. [2014-09-05 23:06:07]<Grwn> "Yeah!" He glides back.
  180. [2014-09-05 23:06:24]* DontAskForCookies the large wooden doors with the iron fittings await with its ying yang slot.
  181. [2014-09-05 23:06:41]<Grwn> "I could turn two." He waves his talons. "Even three if I feel like it"
  182. [2014-09-05 23:07:06]* Entropy nods. "Yeah. You'd have to be running this alone, and I'd imagine that'd be boring for the viewers."
  183. [2014-09-05 23:07:39]* Entropy holds up the white half. "Care to do the honors, Beast?"
  184. [2014-09-05 23:08:30]* Shy_Beast holds up the black half and smirks. "Indeed." He says as he moves with Entropy
  185. [2014-09-05 23:08:57]* Entropy smiles and sets hers in place.
  186. [2014-09-05 23:09:24]* Shy_Beast sets his in place
  187. [2014-09-05 23:12:02]<Grwn> "Easy now. There we go. Ah!" Grwns make voices since there is nothing else to do.
  188. [2014-09-05 23:12:17]* Entropy turns the 'key' and attempts to open the door.
