  1. Manual Install Method from my last Youtube Video: https://youtu.be/Lsz3tlbBaqM
  2.
  3. Download and extract the ComfyUI portable version from:
  4. https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI
  5.
  6. After extraction, your folder should look like this:
  7.
  8. ComfyUI_windows_portable/
  9. ├── ComfyUI/
  10. │ ├── models/
  11. │ └── custom_nodes/
  12. ├── python_embeded/
  13. └── run_nvidia_gpu.bat
  14.
  15. Install Required Custom Nodes
  16. Navigate to:
  17. ComfyUI_windows_portable/ComfyUI/custom_nodes
  18.
  19. Then open terminal or CMD in this folder and run:
  20.
  21. git clone https://github.com/city96/ComfyUI-GGUF
  22. git clone https://github.com/rgthree/rgthree-comfy
  23. git clone https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes
  24. git clone https://github.com/crystian/ComfyUI-Crystools
  25. git clone https://github.com/cubiq/ComfyUI_essentials
  26. git clone https://github.com/wallish77/wlsh_nodes
  27. git clone https://github.com/ChenDarYen/ComfyUI-NAG
  28.
  29. IMPORTANT: For any folder that has a requirements.txt, install dependencies using:
  30. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r PATH\TO\requirements.txt
  31.
  32. Download Kontext Model Files
  33. All model files are hosted here:
  34. https://huggingface.co/Aitrepreneur/FLX/tree/main
  35.
  36. for the models:
  37.
  38. in the text_encoders folder:
  39. t5xxl_fp8_e4m3fn_scaled.safetensors
  40.
  41. in the clip folder:
  42. clip_l.safetensors
  43.
  44. in the vae folder:
  45. ae.safetensors
  46.
  47. IF THE USER SELECTED YES TO "FP8 models" then in the diffusion_models folder:
  48. flux1-kontext-dev-fp8-e4m3fn.safetensors
  49.
  50. if you want the nunchaku models:
  51. svdq-int4_r32-flux.1-kontext-dev.safetensors ---> older than 5000 series
  52. svdq-fp4_r32-flux.1-kontext-dev.safetensors --->5000 series
  53.
  54.
  55. depending on the model that the user selected at the beginning, in the unet folder:
  56. flux1-kontext-dev-Q4_K_S.gguf
  57. flux1-kontext-dev-Q5_K_S.gguf
  58. flux1-kontext-dev-Q8_0.gguf
  59.
  60. in the loras folder:
  61. schnell_v1.0.safetensors
  62.
  63.
  64. in the upscale_models folder
  65. 4x-ClearRealityV1.pth
  66. RealESRGAN_x4plus_anime_6B.pth
  67.
  68.
  69.
  70.
  71. TO INSTALL NUNCHAKU:
  72.
  73.
  74. Navigate to your ComfyUI_windows_portable\python_embeded directory
  75.
  76. Uninstall problematic previous dependencies: This cleans up any prior failed attempts or conflicting versions.
  77. python.exe -m pip uninstall nunchaku insightface facexlib filterpy diffusers accelerate onnxruntime -y
  78.
  79.
  80. Install the specific Nunchaku development wheel: This is crucial as it's a pre-built package that bypasses common compilation issues and is compatible with PyTorch 2.7 and Python 3.12.
  81.
  82. python.exe -m pip install https://github.com/mit-han-lab/nunchaku/releases/download/v0.3.1dev20250609/nunchaku-0.3.1.dev20250609+torch2.7-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl
  83.
  84.
  85. Install facexlib: After installing the Nunchaku wheel, the facexlib dependency for some optional nodes (like PuLID) might still be missing. Install it directly.
  86.
  87. python.exe -m pip install facexlib
  88.
  89.
  90. Install insightface: insightface is another crucial dependency for Nunchaku's facial features. It might not be fully pulled in by the previous steps.
  91.
  92. python.exe -m pip install cython
  93.
  94.
  95. then download this file: https://huggingface.co/Aitrepreneur/FLX/resolve/main/insightface-0.7.3-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl?download=true
  96.
  97. python.exe -m pip install insightface-0.7.3-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl
  98.
  99.
  100.
  101. Install onnxruntime: insightface relies on onnxruntime to run ONNX models. Ensure it's installed.
  102.
  103. python.exe -m pip install onnxruntime
  104.
  105. python.exe -m pip install onnxruntime-gpu
  106.
  107.
  108.
  109. Then once it's done:
  110.
  111. install the custom node inside the ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes folder:
  112. https://github.com/mit-han-lab/ComfyUI-nunchaku
  113.
  114. then install the requirements:
  115. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI-nunchaku\requirements.txt
  116.
  117.
  118.
  119. Run ComfyUI
  120.
  121.
  122.
  123.
  124. ## RunPod Installation
  125.
  126. 1. Create account at: https://bit.ly/runpodAi
  127. 2. Choose a 24GB VRAM GPU with the aitrepreneur/comfyui template
  128. 3. Access port 8888
  129. 4. Follow the same folder structure as above
  130. 5. Use `curl` to download files:
  131.
  132. curl -L -o "filename" "URL"
  133.
  134. 6. Monitor logs with:
  135.
  136. tail -f workspace/logs/comfyui.log
