-Assist riding cannon shot speed increased: 30 > 120

Skull Man:
-Using the speed key during altfire now forces the blue barrier

Pluto:
-Using the speed key during Ult now forces forwards movement

Search Man:
-Altfire damage increased: 7 > 11, speed increased: 70 > 90

Ground Man:
-Mainfire largest drill damage decreased: 30 > 28
-Altfire drive movement speed decreased: 25 > 15
-Ult charge tier increased: 3 > 4

Metal Man:
-Altfire ride gear damage decreased: 14 > 9, movement speed boost decreased: 1.5x > 1.2x

Shadow Man:
-Altfire slide damage after a cloak cancel increased: 30 > 33

-Mainfire returning ring speed increased: 35 > 55

-Can no longer be command grabbed during Ult

Dynamo Man:
-Can no longer be command grabbed during thirdfire

Uranus:
-Altfire grab now grants stun immunity until the grab ends

Dr. Wily:
-Ult charge tier increased: 5 > 6

Spark Man:
-Max ammo thirdfire now only reacts to players instead of all shootable actors

Pirate Man:
-Altfire bubble now charges twice as fast

Enker:
-Altfire now ends the stance and grants brief invincibility if max charge is reached while holding, cooldown increased: 56 > 77

Astro Man:
-Altfire aiming clone timing made slightly easier

Crystal Man:
-Uncharged altfire now costs half your altfire bar, no longer runs on a cooldown, altfire ammo recharges at the same rate as mainfire ammo, charged altfire large crystal damage increased: 16 > 22
