Customizing Wodpress

Homepage should be a place for news, meaning that it should show the most recent news (3-5 posts). I also want it to only show some of the news, only by clicking "Read More" should it expand to be the whole story.

I'd like a sidebar on the homepage (News ?), that shows the latest story that recently got a chapter posted. I.e. "Recent Releases".

The menu should hold the Home (per usual), and then a drop down menu (hover), that shows all of our current novels.
An example could be "Story 1", "Story 2", "Story 3" & "Story 4".

Clicking on any of these would bring it to their page where there is a cover, some details about the story such as:
Author, Current Chapters, Description etc.

Below the information should be a list of chapters, going in a chronological order from 1-???
Such as this:

Chapter 1 - Title of chapter
Chapter 2 - Title of chapter
Chapter 3 - Title of chapter
Chapter 4 - Title of chapter

Notice that clicking on the chapter would bring one to that specific chapter of the story.

Now when we're on the chapter page, I want there to be at the top and bottom of each chapter, a Previous Chapter and a Next Chapter.
And of course on the bottom there can be a comment section.

(I don't want any social icons, RS feeds etc. to be on the page.)

I also don't want any sidebars on the story and chapters page.
