  1. Hello, once again, a completely different ad of mine has been rejected for the same exact reason of a different ad of mine.
  2.
  3. I was given the same reason for both ads. Neither reasons apply to this ad. In this case, I again, quote:
  4.
  5. Ad Disapproval Reason(s):
  6.
  7. * Advertisements for Subscription Services must comply with the conditions noted below and as determined by Facebook in its sole discretion. "Subscription Services" may include sites that promote downloading ringtones, wallpaper, or text messages for predictions, love life advice, news, personality quizzes, or other entertainment services, or any site that induces a user to sign up for recurring billing of a product or service. Subscription Services conditions:
  8.
  9. 1. The ad must clearly state what action or set of actions is required to qualify for the offer. If the user must subscribe to a service, the service and offer requirements must both be stated in the ad (e.g. "Subscription required").2. The promoted website must clearly and accurately display the price and billing interval (such as per week or once per month) on the landing page as well as any page that prompts a user for personal information (including, but not limited to, name, email address or phone number) or billing information (including, but not limited to, mobile phone number or credit card number).
  10.
  11. 3. If users sign up to your service by transmitting a code by text message, the price and billing interval must be clearly and prominently displayed beside the code.
  12.
  13. 4. If your service is a subscription, you must provide a prominent opt-in checkbox or other clear mechanism indicating that the user knowingly accepts the price and subscription service. This should be on the first page the user enters personal data, and the user should not be able to proceed without opting in.
  14.
  15. 5. All of the foregoing items should be located in a prominent place on your webpage, as determined by Facebook in its sole discretion, and should be easy to find, read, and understand.
  16.
  17. This ad is not any sort of subscription service. The ad clearly states that there is a 10 trial with the videos. The ad clearly states that there is $6.95 for shipping and handling.
  18.
  19. The site clearly states there is $6.95 shipping and handling. The site clearly has a checkbox to accept the charges. The site clearly states that if the user doesn't cancel within their 10 day trial, there will be a billing to purchase the videos entirely. The site clearly states that the user can keep two of the videos obligation free, and send one back and not be charged.
  20.
  21. The site, and the ad do not fall under these disapproval guidelines. Please review this ad, and let me know your thoughts.
  22.
  23. My rejection reasons were incorrect, and to be honest, I'm getting a little upset. The reject responses I have been sent from the Facebook Ads team have all been simple copy and paste from the guidelines.... and this copy and pasted text is not even the reason my ad SHOULD be rejected, if rejected at all!
  24.
  25. I feel almost as if you guys just have auto responders that automatically reject the ad after three hours with "copied and pasted" reason. It doesn't seem like a human is reviewing my ad at all.
  26.
  27. I would appreciate further review, and if I'm incorrect, if you could further elaborate as to why my ads have been rejected, in a manner that isn't just copying and pasting text off the ad guideline page. Thank you.
  28.
  29. -Nate Benton.
