  1. Napoleon
  2. Many traits characterize a person as a "leader." Leaders can either ruin a battle, or win it. One leader that had many great traits to show their leadership skills was Napoleon. The first leadership skill Napoleon has, that I found most important was he was organized. Organization is key to being a great leader. Without it, your whole team would be a mess and all would do not as planned. Another trait that defines Napoleon as a leader is that he was always learning. Every leader must learn to make their team the best. New events always happen and if you aren't learning about them now can you prepare your troops? And the third point that characterizes Napoleon as one of the best leaders in history is that he knew his people. Meaning he got to know each of his men, making him a better leader. Knowing your team is important, for, you know what they are good at, and what they can bring to the table, making your troops a lot stronger because they get the right role in a Raid or anything of that matter. The last point that made Napoleon an amazing commander was that he respected his troops. For one, respect is key to being recognized as great. Respect is not gained, but earned. For that matter, because he respected his team, they respected him back, making his troops well-listeners to what he is saying so they could be more prepared for a situation. Napoleon was truly great because he lead his team well, as shown by those traits. Leadership is important for most roles in the military.
