  1. [2013-12-28 20:35:31] <CrystalDM> 03Another peaceful night. These are rare in the Wasteland, and should be treasured, like a fine, surviving bottle of wine. The dreams are pleasant, and even come with a side of lovely fantasy, for those who dream, that is. Some are too tired to dream... sleeping in a lovely golden afterglow...
  2. [2013-12-28 20:35:42] * Tallie blows her cheeks up, smacks them, and makes a pop noise.
  3. [2013-12-28 20:36:59] * Emerald_Blitz opens an eyelid and looks at the little griffon as they lay in the Atrium. "Must you?" she says.
  4. [2013-12-28 20:38:36] * Tallie blinks. "Hm? Sorry. Daydreaming. Night dreaming? What time is it?"
  5. [2013-12-28 20:40:14] <Emerald_Blitz> "Early morning," Emerald says, standing up and stretching her legs and wings, eyes closed from the streeeeetch. "It's all right, I was going to get up soon anyway."
  6. [2013-12-28 20:40:19] * Militus slowly opens his eyes. He's really, really sore but it's the best kind of sore.
  7. [2013-12-28 20:42:27] * Tallie blinkies. "When did I wake up..." she mutters.
  8. [2013-12-28 20:43:02] * Clue nuzzles her marefriend in bed, herself still asleep with a big smile on her face.
  9. [2013-12-28 20:43:10] * Emerald_Blitz chuckles. "I have no idea. You must be going through a growth spurt," the alicorn says. "All those naps and still a full night of sleep..."
  10. [2013-12-28 20:44:02] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall awakens to the nuzzles and looks at the smaller unicorn with a smile. She gently nudges Clue awake. "Clue, time to get up..."
  11. [2013-12-28 20:45:08] <CrystalDM> 03Bolt is sleeping peacefully next to Militus. She snores, though it soft, and resembles a faint whistling.
  12. [2013-12-28 20:45:31] * Militus slides out of bed, faving his right hind leg. Worth it. He quietly retrieves his belongings, now hard won trophies from last night.
  13. [2013-12-28 20:46:46] <CrystalDM> 03Bolt stirs softly, but she doesn't wake up. She does roll into the spot Militus was sleeping in though.
  14. [2013-12-28 20:47:43] * Clue murmers a few things before pulling Feather Fall into a tight embrace. "Just a few more minutes..."
  15. [2013-12-28 20:48:01] * Militus smiles. She's nice as long as she's not...well, that's rather sensitive. He slips out of the room quietly. Time to go get breakfast.
  16. [2013-12-28 20:52:16] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall giggles at the antics. "Clue, don't you have something important to do today?"
  17. [2013-12-28 20:52:31] * Tallie "Blargh!" she rolls onto her back and wiggles. "Don't wanna get up."
  18. [2013-12-28 20:52:39] * Clue whines. "Be with you?" She nuzzles Feather Falls side.
  19. [2013-12-28 20:53:22] * Asami sleeps in unless woken up...she and Emerald having been rather busy late into the night with alot of letter writing
  20. [2013-12-28 20:53:23] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall shakes her head. "That's sweet, but no. What about your friends?"
  21. [2013-12-28 20:54:07] * Emerald_Blitz shrugs, and folds her wings. "Then you're going to miss out on all the fun treasure hunting and scouting we're doing today," the alicorn says with a slight smile. "I'm sure I can handle taking your share as well. It'll be no trouble."
  22. [2013-12-28 20:54:19] * Militus heads for the mess hall to get some food.
  23. [2013-12-28 20:58:50] * Clue shifts in bed. "...I guess..."
  24. [2013-12-28 20:59:45] * Emerald_Blitz dons her coat and hat, and begins a graceful walk toward the mess. Everyone will probably meet up there at some point anyway. And she's finally gotten used to these very long legs...
  25. [2013-12-28 21:01:17] * Tallie gets up out of bed. "Hey Emerald, can I hitch a ride?" she hops off the bed and under Emerald. "Plz."
  26. [2013-12-28 21:02:23] * Emerald_Blitz looks down at the griffon. "Yes, on one condition," she says, offering the griffon a leg up. "You tell me why I never see you fly. Is it a medical reason, or a personal one?"
  27. [2013-12-28 21:02:52] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall nods. "Come on now. Let me show you where the showers are... we are a little ripe."
  28. [2013-12-28 21:05:37] <CrystalDM> 03Inside the mess hall are only a few soldiers... its about an hour before dawn, and shift change is an hour after that. However, fresh food is being cooked! It's oatmeal, with chunks of egg and bits of apple in it.
  29. [2013-12-28 21:05:43] * Clue slowly gets out of bed and follows behind Feather Fall with a slow stride and a yawn.
  30. [2013-12-28 21:06:36] * Militus gets in line to get his serving of oatmeal.
  31. [2013-12-28 21:07:02] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall shows Clue where the showers are, and how to operate them. Ooooh, they have hot water!
  32. [2013-12-28 21:07:55] <CrystalDM> 03They serve Militus his food, and many a pony seem to be giving him nods of respect and admiration... though one or two has a bit of fear mixed in.
  33. [2013-12-28 21:08:15] * Tallie climbs up and looks around for other people. "Um... my parents... they never taught me to. Plus the stunted growth... you know. Its hard by myself." She then digs her talons into Emerald_Blitz's back. "Don't. Tell. Anyone."
  34. [2013-12-28 21:09:06] * Militus has a seat and and tears into his oatmeal. It's delectable.
  35. [2013-12-28 21:09:40] * Emerald_Blitz winces. "Well, I'm relatively new to flying myself," she says softly. "You and I could learn together, if you like. Mind the claws, please." The alicorn walks into the mess and gets in line for some of the delectable-smelling oatmeal. She waves to Militus on the way by.
  36. [2013-12-28 21:10:16] * Militus absently waves, barely slowing down his eating.
  37. [2013-12-28 21:11:23] * Clue marvels at the hot water, washing herself off of that her mess. "Huh... spicy... I think I get it now..." she mutters to herself.
  38. [2013-12-28 21:12:22] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall departed soon after showing Clue how to run the showers, mentioning something about cleaning up the room.
  39. [2013-12-28 21:12:30] <Tallie> "Maybe..." the griffin teen says and ducks into Emerald_Blitz's mane. "Do they have chicken wings?" she asks
  40. [2013-12-28 21:12:50] * Militus sighs and sits contentedly, waving over one of the ponies who nods to him.
  41. [2013-12-28 21:14:04] <Emerald_Blitz> "Probably not," Emerald says, taking a bowl of oatmeal and thanking the server. "I've never understood the point of chicken wings. Even for a predator, there really isn't very much meat on those tiny bones. It seems a waste of time."
  42. [2013-12-28 21:14:50] <Tallie> "They're delicious." she says, then looks at the food. "Bleh. Ponyfood."
  43. [2013-12-28 21:16:25] * Clue finishes her shower and comes out drying her mane with a towel. "I really enjoyed last night... thank you..." She says to Feather Fall with a large smile.
  44. [2013-12-28 21:17:05] <Emerald_Blitz> "It's pony food or no food," Emerald says, heading to sit down near Militus. "It's free, so I would hesitate to complain, were I you." She puts her bowl down and proceeds to tuck in.
  45. [2013-12-28 21:17:26] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall blushes slightly. "No problem. Just... come back safe, ok?" Feather Fall leans forward and kisses Clue.
  46. [2013-12-28 21:19:00] * Tallie hops out of Emerald_Blitz's mane and makes her way over to the food area. She looks around for something involving cereal and diabetus.
  47. [2013-12-28 21:19:28] * Clue nods. "Anything for you," she says with a smile. Clue gathers her things and heads on out to the mess hall for breakfast, trotting with a large grin and a spring in her stride.
  48. [2013-12-28 21:21:34] <CrystalDM> 03Tallie can easily find a small table filled with condiments. There is a small cup with some sugar, a little jar of honey, some salt and pepper, and a little jar of red liquid. In addition, there is a small pot of tea and a collection of coffee mugs next to it. No cream, though.
  49. [2013-12-28 21:22:02] * Militus is deep in thought. He looks around for any familiar faces among the Stable staff. Perhaps Kivuli is having breakfast?
  50. [2013-12-28 21:24:03] <CrystalDM> 03Militus can spot the zebra, along with colt sleeping on his back, in line for breakfast.
  51. [2013-12-28 21:25:11] * Militus stands up and casually walks over to the other zebra. <Good morning. I assume this is your son?>
  52. [2013-12-28 21:26:35] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall trots after Clue, occasionally giggling.
  53. [2013-12-28 21:26:42] * Tallie grabs some sugar packets then goes to find some cereal.
  54. [2013-12-28 21:28:48] * Clue continue to the mess hall with her grin and spring. "What are you giggling at?" Clue asks with curiosity in her tone.
  55. [2013-12-28 21:28:53] <CrystalDM> 03Kivuli smiles and nods to Militus. <Ah, yes, Chausiku. And I see you are doing quite well! I won the pool.>
  56. [2013-12-28 21:29:44] * Militus raises an eyebrow. <Yes, I am fine. But what pool did you win?>
  57. [2013-12-28 21:30:05] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall nods to Clue. "You are. If you were a crystal pony, I think you'd be literally glowing."
  58. [2013-12-28 21:30:51] <CrystalDM> 03Kivuli nods. <Well, you went to bed with Bolt. The pool was whether or not you would have to be served breakfast in Medical. I said you wouldn't.>
  59. [2013-12-28 21:32:35] * Militus chuckles. <Well, I'm glad to know I had your confidence. But tell me, why do some of the ponies here seem afraid of me? Is my feat really so impressive, or is it something else?>
  60. [2013-12-28 21:32:38] * Clue beams even brighter. "Well I have you! And that makes me happy!" She finally arrives in the mess hall looking around for the back of the line or perhaps no line.
  61. [2013-12-28 21:35:35] <CrystalDM> 03Kivuli laughs. <Oh, its that impressive. The last one who tried spoke a big game, but didn't last five minutes before he fainted. His rumors still hold quite a bit of weight, though.>
  62. [2013-12-28 21:35:51] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall smiles brightly and joins Clue at the end of the line for food.
  63. [2013-12-28 21:36:25] <CrystalDM> 03Despite her efforts, all Tallie can find is oatmeal. It does smell good, though...
  64. [2013-12-28 21:38:14] * Militus guffaws. <His rumors? What did he say? That she is secretly a demon pony? The return of the Nightmare? Still, that is good.> He grows serious. <I feared that perhaps Scribe Rose had awoken and remembered things...>
  65. [2013-12-28 21:38:38] * Tallie grumble grumbles, grabbing some oatmeal. She dumps ALL of her sugar inside and climbs back up to Emerald_Blitz's table. "Damn... want sugarbombs..."
  66. [2013-12-28 21:39:47] <Emerald_Blitz> "They're bad for your teeth," Emerald comments between bits of oatmeal. "Though with all the preservatives in them, it is unsurprising that they're not any less - or more - edible than they were before the war."
  67. [2013-12-28 21:40:10] * Tallie "I'm a bird." she opens her mouth wide. "'ee?"
  68. [2013-12-28 21:40:15] * Tallie has no teeth. Bird.
  69. [2013-12-28 21:41:56] <CrystalDM> 03Kivuli shakes his head. <Last I heard was that she had teeth in places no one should, though, by my understanding the rumor mutated beyond even that. As for Rose... haven't heard from him.>
  70. [2013-12-28 21:43:17] * Emerald_Blitz looks in Tallie's mouth. "Yes you do. And some of your adult ones are already coming in," she comments. "If you rot them out of your head with sugar, you're going to have to rely on just the edges of your beak to chew food with, and that seems unnecessarily messy."
  71. [2013-12-28 21:43:42] * Tallie sticks her finger in her mouth. "huh... whaddyaknow..."
  72. [2013-12-28 21:43:51] * Militus snickers. <Well, that's good. I think I'll go try and find more of these rumors, they're quite entertaining. Before I go, though, does anypony know why Bolt is so...wild?"
  73. [2013-12-28 21:44:51] * Clue hums a happy tune as she waits for the line to move.
  74. [2013-12-28 21:45:37] <CrystalDM> 03Kivuli shakes his head. <No idea. Who understands why a mare likes what she does?> The stallion chuckles, and the colt stirs on his back. "Papa? There food yet?" The stallion turns to the colt and shakes his head. "Almost, Chausiku."
  75. [2013-12-28 21:45:51] * Emerald_Blitz finishes her oatmeal and deposits the bowl in the tub at the far end of the counter. Without even leaving her seat! Telekinesis! Who knew. The alicorn then gets up and walks over to Militus' seat and waits for the conversation to finish. She only understands bits and pieces of zebra, not enough to follow a conversation. She waves to you colt on Kivuli's back.

  77. [2013-12-28 21:46:41] <CrystalDM> 03The colt is extremely young... maybe only two or three years old. The colt looks up at the alicorn and giggles, smiling. "Hi Princess."
  78. [2013-12-28 21:47:27] <Emerald_Blitz> "Good morning, little one," Emerald replies with a smile. "The oatmeal is delicious. It has apples in it!"
  79. [2013-12-28 21:48:08] <CrystalDM> 03The colt nods happily. "Its my favorite, is yummy!"
  80. [2013-12-28 21:48:41] * Tallie numnumnums, eating her sugarmeal
  81. [2013-12-28 21:49:13] * Militus just shakes his head. He leans in and says to the colt in a low voice, <May the blessings of your forebears rest on you.> He then turns and trots off across the cafeteria, looking for a group of stallions. These rumors were too hilarious to pass up.
  82. [2013-12-28 21:50:41] <Emerald_Blitz> "Militus, wait a moment, would you kindly?" Emerald says as Militus starts to leave. "I was hoping we'd be able to get moving soon. We don't want to waste daylight, as it were, or be out in the Wasteland after dark. I've read about... unpleasant creatures that dwell in the night, and would rather be safely back here than have to spend a night out there."
  83. [2013-12-28 21:50:56] <CrystalDM> 03The colt looks up to Militus and nods. <Thank you.> The zebrican is a little halted, but otherwise alright.
  84. [2013-12-28 21:51:19] <CrystalDM> 03The line moves forward, placing Feather Fall and Clue near Emerald_Blitz.
  85. [2013-12-28 21:51:51] * Militus stops and shrugs. "A good point, Captain. I just wanted to track down some rumors about a certain mare. They are most amusing."
  86. [2013-12-28 21:51:52] * Clue moves with the line with her large smile still on her face.
  87. [2013-12-28 21:53:53] * Emerald_Blitz raises an eyebrow. "Chasing more tail, Militus? We do have a job to do, in case you have forgotten," she chides. Though she stops and looks at Clue. "Hmmm... I think Clue had more than dinner last night," the alicorn says with a chuckle. "Try not to smile too broadly, Clue. It may split your face in two." She winks to Feather Fall.
  88. [2013-12-28 21:54:53] * Militus grins. "Captain, I am well aware of our mission. Sometimes these things...happen."
  89. [2013-12-28 21:55:39] * Emerald_Blitz rolls her eyes. "As long as we still accomplish our tasks within the assigned timeframe, then your philandering is none of my concern," she says. "Best of luck with it though."
  90. [2013-12-28 21:55:46] * Clue starts to blush. "What? Is being extremely happy a crime?" She notices the wink and turns her head to Feather Fall and back to Emerald_Blitz. "What's going on?"
  91. [2013-12-28 21:57:03] <CrystalDM> 03Militus can see a three groups of stallions congregating. One group is dressed in scribe's robes, another group are in some odd smock, and the last are wearing pipbucks and dressed in grease-stained overalls.
  92. [2013-12-28 21:57:05] * Emerald_Blitz shakes her head and smiles at Clue. "I notice that you weren't with us in the guest quarters last night, which means you were most likely with the Scribe here," she says. "Add that to your extra-sunny disposition this morning, and there are certain inferences to be drawn."
  93. [2013-12-28 21:57:40] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall giggles. "I told you, Clue. Your practically glowing."
  94. [2013-12-28 21:58:44] * Militus slips off and takes a seat next to the ponies in Pipbucks and overalls.
  95. [2013-12-28 22:00:31] * Clue is caught of guard and starts to panic slightly. "But I spend the other night with her and didn't have sex! I..." She looks between Feather Fall and Emerald_Blitz. "...I still don't smell of it do I?!" Clue says as she starts to smell her coat.
  96. [2013-12-28 22:00:45] * Tallie looks at her bowl, then to the sink, tehn to the bowl. ...too frizzbee, or not to frizzbee...
  97. [2013-12-28 22:01:21] <CrystalDM> 03The mechanics all take a look at Militus and nod politely too him. The one directly across from Militus stares in awe, but then the mechanic on the right pokes him hard in the ribs, and he goes right to the food.
  98. [2013-12-28 22:01:53] * Militus grins. "What? Something you wanted to ask?"
  99. [2013-12-28 22:02:14] * Emerald_Blitz chuckles. "You are adorable when you're flustered, Clue. Isn't she?" she asks Feather Fall. "No, Clue, it was merely a guess, but you've more than confirmed it now. Good for you." She ruffles the unicorn's mane and smiles. "So much for that waiting game, eh?" the alicorn says to Feather Fall.
  100. [2013-12-28 22:02:55] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall nods to Emerald, blushing slightly. "Yes, she is."
  101. [2013-12-28 22:04:19] <CrystalDM> 03The stallion across from Militus looks at him for a moment, and nods. He opens his mouth to say something, only to have it zipped shut (complete with zipper!) by a unicorn in the group. "No. Not at breakfast. Some of us like our appetite."
  102. [2013-12-28 22:05:51] * Militus laughs. "Oh, this is too good. I'll have to hear the stories some other time, I guess." He gets up from his seat and looks around. He takes a long look at the scribe group, trying to see if Night Rose is present.
  103. [2013-12-28 22:06:03] * Clue looks slightly depressed now. "...I... but you said it was normal to do it at this time... you even seemed as if you were pushing me... I knew it!" Clue facehoofs a little harder than what is considered normal. "I'm sorry! I should of held off! I'm so stupid!" She turns to Feather Fall. "But the socks looked so good on you!" Clue looks utterly upset.
  104. [2013-12-28 22:06:03] * Emerald_Blitz continues smiling. This is just too amusing. In other circumstances... she shakes her head. "Well. Enjoy breakfast, but do hurry. We have much to do today if we're going to stay on schedule," she says, and walks off, humming a pre-war ditty to herself, tail swishing happily. It's good to see your friends happy.
  105. [2013-12-28 22:06:09] * Tallie frizzbees her bowl into the sink.
  106. [2013-12-28 22:06:50] * Tallie then scampers over to Emerald_Blitz and Militus before it hits. Innocent. "Hiya!"
  107. [2013-12-28 22:08:03] * Emerald_Blitz continues smiling. This is just too amusing. In other circumstances... she shakes her head. "Oh, Clue. Stop being a worrywart and just enjoy it. No harm, no foul, I'm just amused she managed to seduce you," the alicorn says. "Though..." she looks Feather Fall up and down. "In socks? You never stood a chance, Clue. Anyway. Enjoy breakfast, but do hurry. We have much to do today if we're going...
  108. [2013-12-28 22:08:04] * Emerald_Blitz ...to stay on schedule," she says, and walks off, humming a pre-war ditty to herself, tail swishing happily. It's good to see your friends happy.
  109. [2013-12-28 22:08:43] * Emerald_Blitz nods to Tallie. "You all ready to depart, short stuff?" she asks. "I'm hoping to get done before dark. We should be able to, if we get started.
  110. [2013-12-28 22:08:50] <Emerald_Blitz> "sooner rather than later."
  111. [2013-12-28 22:09:17] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall blushes a bit brighter, though does nod at the socks comment. "No Clue, I pushed you. However... the captain is right. It is normal when a mare is in socks to feel that way, when you like her." Feather Fall offers Clue a bowl for the oatmeal with her telekinesis.
  112. [2013-12-28 22:09:29] * Tallie nods up at Emerald_Blitz. "Sure. Tallie go uppie?" she asks, pointing at Emerald's back
  113. [2013-12-28 22:09:32] * Militus is snapped back to reality by Tallie's arrival. "Oh, yes, hello."
  114. [2013-12-28 22:10:16] * Emerald_Blitz rolls her eyes. "Only if you never ever ask for a lift in that fashion ever again. You're not a foal, don't speak like it," she says, lowering a wing.
  115. [2013-12-28 22:10:49] * Emerald_Blitz turns to Militus. "Fed more grist into your rumor mill yet? I'd like to leave once everyone is finished eating."
  116. [2013-12-28 22:10:51] <CrystalDM> 03The Tallie's bowl sails through the air... landing with a nice splash in a large tub. The dishwasher who gets splashed, however, looks unamused.
  117. [2013-12-28 22:10:58] * Tallie climbs up the wing. "What? I can't try and be endearing and adorable?" she asks, getting comfy.
  118. [2013-12-28 22:11:32] <CrystalDM> 03The dishwasher is a teenage earth pony stallion, roughly Tallie's age.
  119. [2013-12-28 22:11:37] <Emerald_Blitz> "Trying and succeeding are very different creatures," Emerald says. "Unfortunately, age-inappropriate baby talk is neither of those things."
  120. [2013-12-28 22:11:52] <Tallie> "Noted."
  121. [2013-12-28 22:12:07] * Militus puts on his best innocent look. "Me? Captain, I was merely trying to discern what is already /in/ the rumor mill. I /added/ nothing."
  122. [2013-12-28 22:12:36] * Tallie blinks and spots the dishwasher. Hello there.
  123. [2013-12-28 22:13:03] * Emerald_Blitz gives Militus a deadpan look. "Yes, in the same way that air adds nothing to the continuation of a fire," she says dryly.
  124. [2013-12-28 22:13:25] <CrystalDM> 03The stallion, his mane now wet with soapy water and bits of oatmeal, scowls at Tallie and loads the tub on his back, going back into the kitchen.
  125. [2013-12-28 22:13:47] * Clue blushes. "...oh... I'm sorry I reacted like that just now... I just... don't want to seem..." She tilts her head from side to side, taking the bowl in her crystalline magic. Sitting at the table where Emerald_Blitz is/was at minus a smile.
  126. [2013-12-28 22:15:04] * Tallie shrugs. Okay then, mister mopey soapy. She then hides in the alicorn's mane, peering out at the others.
  127. [2013-12-28 22:16:26] * Militus sighs. "Very well, should I get the chance, Captain, I will endeavor to set the record straight. Bolt would appreciate it more than anypony, I suppose."
  128. [2013-12-28 22:16:27] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall gets her oatmeal, putting a bit of the red sauce in with it. She joins Clue and sits next to her, nudging her. "Don't worry about it, Clue. It was fun."
  129. [2013-12-28 22:17:07] <Emerald_Blitz> "You don't want to seem forward or wanton," Emerald says. "I understand. But there's nothing wrong with it, really, Clue. It's entirely all right. I'm sorry I spoiled your mood." She sits down next to the unicorn. "Well, you've found someone who wants to share themselves with you. That's a nice thing to have, and it's doubly precious in this ruined world." Clue is now sandwiched between two...
  130. [2013-12-28 22:17:09] <Emerald_Blitz> ...mares on the bench. Rowr.
  131. [2013-12-28 22:17:44] * Tallie looks at Clue and Feather. "Ah, so you did screw. Neat."
  132. [2013-12-28 22:18:54] * Clue gives a smile and opens her mouth to say something, but then Tallie speaks up and it disappears. She takes to eating her oatmeal silently.
  133. [2013-12-28 22:19:07] * Emerald_Blitz flaps a wing, dislodging Tallie from her back. "Not helping, Tallie. If you can't be polite, no rides."
  134. [2013-12-28 22:19:20] * Militus sighs and trudges back over to the stallions in the greasy overalls. "Damn my conscience...only ever makes life harder."
  135. [2013-12-28 22:19:44] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall snorts at Tallie's bluntness, adopting a slightly Clue-esque posture and letting her neatly curled hair hide her eyes and face.

And here I thought having the vantage point from up there would help you spot her... do keep an eye out, would you kindly?" The alicorn heads back the way they came, looking for their last friend. This expedition was going nowhere fast, and it needed to move along.

  203. [2013-12-28 23:03:56] <CrystalDM> 03It doesn't take long for Emerald, Tallie, and Asami to make it to the Mess Hall. Kivuli and Chausiku are eating apart from the others. Kivuli is whispering things and making intricate motions with his hooves and Chausiku is giggling.

  253. [2013-12-28 23:40:35] * Clue reacts quickly releasing her held spell and her horn coats itself in crystals. Just as quick, a circluar sheild raises from the ground but oddly looks like a wall of turquoise crystals bending to form the half dome encasing Night Rose in it.
  254. [2013-12-28 23:43:02] * Militus finally looks worried. "Captain, are you certain this is wise? I will almost certainly be taken into custody by the rangers here and never released in any case."
  255. [2013-12-28 23:44:44] <Emerald_Blitz> "The Rangers will not imprison you for fighting for Equestria, Militus. And if they think otherwise, they will have to speak with me first. Now." Emerald's eyes flare white, and with a flash of light, she is gone. And suddenly inside the shield with Night Rose. "Scribe," she says calmly.

His horn sparks up as an array of roses, stems pointed out at Militus start to appear around him. However, the turquoise crystals of Clue's shield spin up around him... and only one word, muffled as it is, can be heard before the ricochet of magic against the shield. "Shit."

  269. [2013-12-28 23:57:40] <CrystalDM> 03There is a pause, and then ponies start moving. One of the maintenance crew slots in a broadcaster and puts in a call to the hospital. Feather Fall is digging through her saddle bags and takes out a faintly glowing purple bottle. Chausiku is crying.
  270. [2013-12-28 23:57:46] * Emerald_Blitz applies arcane gauze on the worst of the burned holes. Working quickly as the gauze sets in, she also feeds Night Rose a potion. "Where are my MEDICS?!" she shouts. "I'm losing him!"
  271. [2013-12-28 23:58:48] <CrystalDM> 03Feather Fall looks to Clue. "Take this to Emerald, quick!" She pushes the potion in front of Clue and teleports away in a flurry of feathers.

He looks at the rest of the office and shouts "Alright boys, saddle up!" He nods to Militus. "You better come with us. Anyone who can survive Bolt is worthwhile in a fight."

He tries to stand up... oh, wait, that explains why his vision is green. Telekinesis is a thing.

"You almost killed yourself with that stunt, but I'm not afraid of undoing my own work."

She nods to the unicorn in the white coat, whose horn glows white. "Sorry Rose, this will sting a bit." A bunch of glowing syringes, magically conjured fly out and stick into the Night Rose. Night Rose looks like he is about to...
  290. [2013-12-29 00:16:54] <CrystalDM> ...object... but shortly falls unconscious. The unicorn walks over and steps next to the now unconscious Night Rose. "Can you release him? I need to get him restrained."
  291. [2013-12-29 00:18:11] * Emerald_Blitz lifts her head, and the green telekinetic web pinning Rose to the floor dissipates. "Of course, Doctor," Emerald says, then steps aside and looks back to her friends. "Is everyone all right?"

Hence the scorch marks on his hide and why it took so many of my resources to save him."

  324. [2013-12-29 00:37:07] * Emerald_Blitz stomps a hoof. "Then find somewhere to keep out of trouble, Tallie. There's not any amount of mechanical tinkering that can fix this, and your pestering isn't helping either."

  339. [2013-12-29 00:46:30] * Clue rests a hoof on Feather Falls shoulder. "I'm so sorry. I know it must be painful. After I do our manes we must restock. I think it best I should carry some on my person," she mutters as she heads to the bathroom and shuts the door locking it.
