  1. I'm not really sure what to do with this (mods feel free to move it to EOU) but I got information recently regarding how a newer member was treated by MKULTRA. before their fall. A shit alliance treating a new member like shit isn't very surprising. I was sort of amazed at the length they went to.
  2.
  3. The story as I understand it involves three people. The first person is Juliyaa (John) who is director and acting CEO of the corporation Tyrant. which is currently in Scelus Sceleris.. (I don't know why he loves dots so much, but man he seems to love dots.) The second person is Katja Schelicher (Brandon) who was also of Tyrant. - he has since been kicked out. The third person is Calanthe Maulerant whose real name I didn't bother learning and has been playing EVE for a grand total of a month.
  4.
  5. This started when Juliyaa was not a fan of Calanthe's less than stellar K : D ratio. I'm just gonna quote a log given to me

  9. So this newbie didn't have a stellar track record. I understand how many alliances would complain, but he decided it was best to run the person off. How do you run a newbie off?

  13. When it turns out that didn't work, he went a bit further. He began making up stories of how Calanthe was trying to start a coup and attempt to get other corporations and alliances to help out. Calanthe was (and I'm quoting here) "a traitor actively working to bring our demise".
  14.
  15. there were other members of the corp he was planning to eject for similar reasons; essentially, anyone who was dying around the aridia region without getting a killmail in return. he kept stating how they were an embarassment and how we'd all look bad if we kept them around.
  16. Emphasis mine but seriously.
  17.
  18. Eventually Juliyaa convinced Katja that Calanthe was a traitor, and had Katja deliver the following letter to Calanthe.

Oh, that's right, we're going to have a little discussion - from me to you, and you get to listen/read. There were a number of reasons as to why you were expelled from Tyrant. For starters, you're completely incompetent. Originally I stood up for you, believe it or not, and continually offered ideas as for how we could keep you in the corporation and have a good time. Initially, I felt bad for you, because it seemed as though it took you awhile to get simple things (some parts of which they covered in the tutorials); or perform tasks adequately enough for you to work well inside of a team.
  22.
  23. It’s apparently difficult for you to work well in a team, though, since you don’t pay any attention whatsoever. You don’t pay attention, you don’t give a shit, and you’re constantly doing something else instead of what you’re supposed to do. You don’t communicate at all (which is going to be a big reason why nobody wants you in their corps when you try and find a new home (if they don’t find out right away, they’ll find out about all of these intolerable flaws eventually). Being habitually clueless and inconsiderate isn’t the way to get by in EVE (or many other places, real life included for that matter). Example of inconsiderate: you spend hours going from place to place to save tiny amounts of isk while we wait on you.
  24.
  25. FYI, you would have made back more than enough money from doing the missions and salvaging. I mean let’s be realistic, you didn’t pay attention half the time, you would’ve leached off John as usual, and if it wasn’t that you’d be avoiding combat “not to be yelled at”, spending time AFKing or on Tumbler. Let’s also talk about this Public Relations degree, and how you haven’t been publically relatable. You’re practically anti-social unless you’re talking shit or giving attitude. You constantly act as though you’re too afraid to do interviews (which you heavily started to slack off doing), you continually have to ask John questions despite that he already told you the process to follow for said interviews.
  26.
  27. It isn’t as though you’ve gone into any of this without proper advice or information – you’ve been instructed on how to do so many things, including interviews, and the worst part is – YOU said you were up for the tasks, YOU even think you’re leadership material. Guess what, you aren’t leadership material. You don’t have a single leadership bone in your body; you’re a follower, or a person that passively stands by. You refuse to take responsibility for your fuck ups; you constantly have an attitude and don’t listen to authority, you’re never sure what to say or how to approach anything, you don’t give enough of a shit to actually make anything work, and you’re too busy tumbling and being inconsiderate to get your head out of your ass.
  28.
  29. Let’s talk about something else now, since by this point I’m sure you’ve gathered that you’re absolute shit. Let’s talk about how you’re a shit stirring instigator. Contacting Eric and attempting to have him betray John and I was pointless – you do realize your treachery only invites retribution? Your “Noctis” being impounded was only the beginning, and that was actually for other reasons. You and your two faced attitude won’t fly – they didn’t fly with us, they won’t fly with anybody else, either. Laugh things up, think I’m joking with you – be my guest. Let’s move onto another topic that you were so touchy about (for the longest time).
  30. At this point it is a pretty standard "we're an elite pvp alliance, you suck at pvp, blahblahblah" letter mixed with a bit of interpersonal drama and talk of a noctis being impounded. I wouldn't be bringing this tale to you if it weren't for the following two paragraphs which conclude the letter.
  31.

But, let’s be serious here for a moment – who the hell would want to rape you? You aren’t attractive, you aren’t desirable in any way shape or form, your personality isn’t even remotely attractive either, and you’re way too full of yourself. I wouldn’t sleep with you unless my life depended on it, and even then I’d still have a hard time resisting the temptation to put a paper bag over your face.
  34.
  35. By this point, you’re likely mad. If you aren’t, you should be – but in truth, the only person you should be mad at is yourself. You are weak, you have way too much time on your hands (because mommy and daddy pay everything), you don’t live up to your word, you let everyone down around you, you lie, you waste peoples time, you make many mistakes (including slutty ones), you’re arrogant despite having no reason to be, you’re incompetent despite continual help and advice. You’re a failure in our eyes, you’ll be a failure to anyone else, you’ll be a failure to yourself, and at the end of the day you’ll be filled with nothing but regret and remorse. So, in a nut shell, you’re horrible, and fuck you – goodbye.
  36. And then around May 31st they suddenly had a change of heart and really needed her and everyone else back for some reason.
