-Precognition: Through her ability, Oracle can foresee possible futures and observe what may happen. As knowledge of the future invariably causes that future to change, visions of the future are subject to frequent shifting. She can control them but sometimes they will trigger subconsciously.

-Event Experiencing: Oracle can physically experience the events from various points in time (past, future, alternate timelines etc.) as if they were actually happening to them at that moment but without actually going anywhere, allowing them to not only experience the event but also know what is going on then, including sights, smells, sounds, feelings, tastes, their emotional state at the time and even see and hear the people around them at that moment. However, due to her loss of sight, the stimulation of the ability takes a heavy toll on her mind.

-Probability Manipulation: Oracle manipulates the probability of an event to happen, making unlikely things occur more often or instantly and preventing liable events from happening.

-Telekinesis: Born blind and mute, she developed acute telekinesis though on a basic level, enough to get her around things.

-Telepathy: Through her Telekinesis she learned Telepathy, allowing mental communication with various creatures large and small.

-Parabolic Hearing: Because of her lack of sight she developed her other senses, allowing her to focus her hearing to certain area and/or filter out everything but the wanted sound.

Extrasensory Perception: As an added byproduct of her own limitations, and adaptations, she learned how to take in information differently, allowing her a 360 degree field of vision through her heightened senses.

Bio/Backstory: Born in an impoverished home, she was a burden to her family unable to speak or see. However, this would do her little after her father took to drinking. He'd take out his frustrations upon Oracle, beating her till she was either unconscious or dragged away from him by her mother who in turn took the brunt of the assault. She remembered the feeling of flames that licked her pale skin, the sound of debris falling, the cursing of her father, the comforting words of her mother. the sound of what would be the a support beam and the searing pain that tore through her legs and the resulting spray of embers burning her eyes permanently beyond repair. The only casualty being her father who burned alive in the house fire, her mother, feeling she was unfit to care for her child, did her best to care for her but ultimately left her in the care of her doctors who took care of her. Now a child of the state she was adopted by a kind doctor who raised her. As she grew, she developed her powers, however, the downside of the newfound powers came with a price, her memories were fragmented or lost, the only thing that clung to her was a memory of her mother calling her "Mommy's Little Oracle". And so, Oracle became her name. As she grew, so did her powers too developed as she did, though, she found herself discriminated by those unlike her. Her skin was pale, her hair white, and she was wheelchair bounded, nothing of her was normal and the jeers and taunts from her peers only ate at her, the only comforts being her memory that remained and her adopted mother who reassured her that she was perfect despite her imperfections. Word of her abilities got around after an incident revolving around a hostage sistuation that was going to happen which was preemptively stopped by her alerting the authorities. This made her a target for those with ill intentions. And so, one day, while her mother was working, she was listening to the birds when a van came up, men claiming to be friends of her mother took her away from her home, where her own abilities would be used and abused, and she herself, abused by the men who had taken her. She thought all was lost untill a vigilante came, hearing the pleas of her mother who rescued her, returned to her mother the two remained happily.
