Ian Lundberg : I recently made a purchase through PayPal with a credit card, the credit card declined it so PayPal charged it to my bank account, WITHOUT MY PERIMISSION, so now I got an NSF fee on my bank account for something I did not approve, because I did not have enough funds in my checking account. I would like to remove the bank account so this does not happen again, and I would like a refund for the full amount of 64.94$

I do apologize but we can not refund that payment you will either need to dispute that payment or contact digital river to refund that payment.

  19. We can not, That payment has to fail then we can take it from your PayPal account balance. We have already had to use one back up funding source we can not use another.
