[*]/spec feature can be used by players who have finished their mission or have failed in it.
[*]In No Respawn Missions players can choose weather then want to spectate or not. /spec command works for them they can choose auto function for this too in /settings (AutoSpec).

[*]Players can disable the listen radio option; that way the radio won't be played for them when an admin plays it.
[*]Speed'o'meter is added and can be enabled/disabled from settings too.
[*]Death messages in chatbox are added you can choose to enable or disable it from settings too.
