Statutory Declaration.
I Jack Fire, Senior Constable of the Altis Police Department, in the State of Altis, do solemnly and sincerely declare that,

On the 22/11/17 at 17:20 after attending a hostage situation involving a man identified as [TMC] Adam, officers received shots fired at Police Checkpoint 1 with no appeared provocation. I had these shots called in over radio while I also heard the shots due to my proximity to the situation. After hearing the call of one officer down, I began communication with the remaining 3 officers, two of which ceased communications and were later confirmed KIA. From my position, through communication with the officers at the checkpoint, I visually confirmed the hostile was present in a building, later confirmed to be owned by "[TMC] Rampage."
The shell sizes were confirmed to be over 5.56mm in size, in a tracer round variant. More officers then attended the scene. and after being warned about possible bombs stopping entry to the property and confirmation there were no bombs, pushed in and nuetralsied the threat. The SMS was traced the "[TMC] Rampage" and fingerprints on the weapons were also found to belong to [TMC] Rampage
