Cancels almost all spells and magic of a harmful nature used on Obeithion. At this level, only magic on the Level of True Magic has a hope of effecting Obeithion.

Riding: B
Most vehicles and animals can be handled with above average skill, even vehicles that did not exist in the time period Obeithion was alive in. As the Fairy Queen, with her own wings, she is able to fly at speeds that exceed almost any animal or vehicle, so this skill is mostly useless.

Personal Skills:
Charisma of Hope: A+
A massively upgraded form of Charisma, those who hear Obeithion's words can be lifted from the depths of despair, no matter how far they might be gone, and they also receive positive bonuses to their physical abilities in addition to incredible resistance to mental manipulation.

Instinct: A
At this rank, this skill essentially in the realm of predicting the future. Through this ability, it is possible for Obeithion to negate the penalties inflicted by visual and auditory interference to a certain extent. Her rage has been lost, and the original rank has been restored.

Mana Burst (Nature): A+++
A special variant of Mana Burst, allowing for Obeithion to manipulate her magical energy with a far greater degree of proficiency than would otherwise be possible. Allowing her to infuse herself with her magical energy to strengthen herself, to propel herself, or even to directly attack an enemy with bursts of magic power. In Obeithion's case, her magical energy takes on a form that causes natural life to bloom just by her presence. At this rank, it is possible for Obeithion to cause an entire forest to bloom around her simply by unleashing her full power.

Fairy Magic: A+++
Magic inherent to Obeithion as one with the blood of fairies. After 50 years of acting as the Fairy Queen, Obeithion has naturally mastered her ability to wield magic, and is now arguably one of the greatest magic wielders that has ever lived. Superior to even Morgan le Fay under normal circumstances.

Mixed Blood: EX
This skill signifies the blood of fairies that flows in Obeithion's veins. Having been infused with hope itself by the power of Truth, she has taken on the form of a being that exists as a mixture between a fairy, a human, and a dragon. A combination that should be completely impossible to exist.

Protection of Fairies: EX
As the fairy queen, Obeithion has this skill at beyond the highest rank. As a result, her luck parameter is permanently at the level beyond that which should be possible for a Servant.

Hope of Camelot - The Fairy's Dream for Humanity: EX Rank Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm
By calling upon the power over Hope that she controls, Obeithion can generate hope in a physical form around her, strengthening those she would offer her hope to by a great deal, all parameters of those who accept her hope have their physical parameters increased by two ranks, their Luck temporarily becomes A+++ for the duration of the Noble Phantasm's effect, and they become highly resistant to any evil-aligned attacks. In addition, morality is improved massively and mental fortitude is strengthened, one with hope shall never run away, no matter how dire things may become. Those who would reject this hope however, are weakened by a great deal, and have their parameters lowered by a single rank each.
