  1. Surreal,
  2.
  3. I am writing re. the recent opening of spots in Faction Management Public, thus I am potentially; hoping to express my interest in joining FM.
  4.
  5. My previous experience in specifically LSRP is endless, I started playing on the server two years ago ā€” over a very large abundance of different character names, backgrounds and developments ā€” stemming from both lonewolf and faction roleplay. During the two years that I have played LS:RP, I have achieved everything I originally set out to do. I have been in a combination of both iilegal, legal and unofficial factions, I have done my best to list them below (I cannot list all of them due to not keeping full track).
  6.
  7. Brown Pride (2015) - Female Hangaround, had a broad involvement in crime and developed into the faction with an interest of criminality through mental insanity on the character. I then, after a few months unfortunately; as a new player with so many new options and avenues left the faction.
  8.
  9. Red County Security Agency (Late 2015 - After roleplaying a male civillian character who regularly rode bicycles and spent ninety percent of his time at the skatepark; I decided to try out the Red County Security Agency. I was a Security Officer until they went bankrupt ICly and made all staff redundant.
  10.
  11. Idlewood 4.1.5 (Early 2016 - Joined the faction and roleplayed with a few OOC friends for a while, I did not enjoy this much as I wanted to develop into it ICly and the majority of it was OOC Communication about me joining the faction just because I have friends in it.
  12.
  13. Santos Transit (Early 2016 - Late 2016) - I joined Santos Transit and was eventually promoted to a Staff Supervisor. Santos Transit then closed in late twenty sixteen.
  14.
  15. HUB Group Logistics (Late 2016) - I roleplayed with the HUB Group until early twenty seventeen but the owner decided to close it due to inactivity.
  16.
  17. Santos Transit (Early 2017) - Santos Transit reopened, I was once again a Staff Supervisor. After a few months it closed again.
  18.
  19. San Andreas Sheriff's Department (present) - I currently roleplay with Marcus Hastings as a Deputy Sheriff in the SASD. Have been in the faction for around five to six months.
  20.
  21. Alongside being apart of factions, I have also taken part in " lonewolf " roleplay and developed relationships, marriages and started businesses.
  22.
  23. My previous experience in " Faction Management ";
  24.
  25. Before I started playing LS:RP, I played on a server named West Coast Roleplay. I was offered a position in Faction Management. I immediately noticed one major descrepency - there was little to no communication and so I held regular meetings / discussions either via Teamspeak or on the forms whereby we would discuss ideas that could be implemented quickly and save us a lot of time. By implementing regular communication and meetings, the Management team became more efficient and the morale was much higher. Meaning that it was widely essential for me to develop and uphold procedures and policies either previously outlined or thereby implementing them. In my position at WCRP, I was given responsibility for the launch of a new project. It was a time sensitive project, but I managed all of the details and delegated responsibilities with team-members across the board of Management. The launch went off without a hitch, and the team was praised for our efforts. I feel I made a large contribution to the server that later closed due to Ownership issues. I love being apart of close community focused teams.
  26.
  27. Iā€™d bring a great attitude and a willingness to take on any task. During my Management position at WCRP, I was always looking for ways to help out. I always wanted to make myself useful. Iā€™d bring this same energy and enthusiasm to Faction Management and I'd predict with the support of team members we could make immediate impact.
  28.
  29. Thank you,
  30. Oscar.
