Hello if you are reading this document you have either unlawfully accessed it or you have recieved it because I am submitting project SPECTRE for your approval, the Idea is simple.

I want to utilise SCP-1471-A entities and their handler for combat purposes, they cannot be seen or heard by others who don't have a -A entity of their own. Think of the capabilities, the handler would have a scout that is capable of reporting back dangers and information without being seen or heard by the enemy. As for the combat potential, I have managed to get my entity to manifest physically rather than spiritually this means that they would be able to fight in combat utilising many standard and nonstandard types of weaponry, the bond between a handler and their entity would mean that they can fight in a unit as one both more powerfully and with more situational awereness. The downside being that the entity is visible to others if shifts into its "physical form" when it wishes to interact with the real world.

I would be both willing and able to trial project SPECTRE as I have already made much progress in the testing of 1471-A in my possession. I understand the idea is foreign and many of you may object to both an agent and anomaly fighting side by side. Therefore I propose the creation of a new "SPECTRE Unit" that agents would join ontop of their existing Mobile Task Force unit.

Agents applying to join the SPECTRE unit, should either already possess an instance of SCP-1471-A or undergo in depth psychological screening and preparation in advance of receiving an SCP-1471 infected device to start the bond of handler and -A instance. As being constantly watched by an "unknown" entity could have immense mental repercussions especially if the agent already has inclinations towards paranoia or fear of the unknown.

For safety reasons each -A instance should be equipped with an explosive collar removable only by their handler with permission from senior staff, it will feature a remote trigger that can be detonated by the handler and other high command units.  Since little is known about SCP-1471-A's physical form the collar should also be primed to detonate if the handler dies, the handlers bio sensor will be wired in or if they wish they can be equipped with a discreet  collar that will monitor their life signs: this feature can be disabled by the handler but requires approval from senior staff.

Addendum: AS OF 2.6.19 PROJECT:SPECTRE HAS BEEN APPROVED BY O5-13 AND WILL ENTER ITS TRIAL STAGES SHORTLY.
MANDATORY AMNESTIC APPLICATION WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL FOUNDATION MEMBERS UNDER LEVEL 4 CLEARANCE THAT HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF PROJECT SPECTRE'S FULL PURPOSE AND APPLICATION.

Description: A device consisting of liquid mercury sandwiched between two sheets of toughened clear laminated plastic, the device is connected to a metal rod that has two back facing spikes on the end that can be hammered into a wall or other surface, the sheet is then unfolded to act as an unbroken mirrored surface.

Abilities: Used to create a mirrored surface quickly and on the go in combat situations for the summoning of a -A entity by its handler
