Before I get started let me share that I recently came back from a break after raiding hardcore at the start of Legion. During the first few months of Legion I played a Havoc DH and a Shadow Priest. For both of these previous mains I have warcraft logs.

As mentioned above, I just came back from a break hence why I don’t have a fully geared main at the moment. I have been playing WoW since day 1, have been playing any class/spec there is but have the most experience playing dps specs.

Because I don’t mind what class/spec I play, I will leave the character name, class/main spec & Item lvl empty. Tell me what you guys need/want the most and I will do everything I can to get up to speed to the changes of that class/spec since the pre-patch.

•	What is your motivation for joining our guild/Why are you leaving/have left your old guild?
The reason I stopped raiding with (Just Kill the Boss on Kazzak) was because of me getting a new job that I had to focus on. I left them because they didn’t have another spot in their roster for the upcoming expansion.

My motivation to join your guild is that besides raiding it seems you do a lot of other activities as well. What I have seen over the years in many different guilds is that if people only raid together and do nothing else, it tends to fall apart faster than usual.

•	Can you attend all our Raid Nights(Thur/Sun/Tue 20:00-23:00) Server Time?
The only evenings I am not available are Mondays and sometimes Fridays, so yes I can attend all your raid nights.

•	Are you willing to change/have the gear to play your offpsec if needed?
As mentioned above I can play any spec. While I don’t have any mentionable gear now, the class I will play will have all it’s specs geared & prepared for raiding.

•	How stable is your connection and ms/ping?
My connection is very stable, never have any downtime. Latency in WoW: Home (13ms) world (10ms).

•	We joke around while raiding, can you take jokes and/or sarcasm?
I find raiding less enjoyable if there aren’t any jokes tossed around.

•	How do you prepare yourself for a mythic boss encounter? How much time do you put into it?
The main thing I try to do is the PTR. Whenever boss testing is available on the ptr/beta I am immediately on it. Other than that I watch multiple videos per boss whenever they come out for new tactics/strategies. Depending if testing is available I usually spend around an hour to 2 hours per boss without ptr/beta being available.

•	Can you handle criticism?
I see it as a major flaw if people cannot handle criticism, everyone makes mistakes. I tend to listen to advice/tips whenever they are given to me.

•	Anything else you would want to add?
I usually prefer talking to an officer/recruiter from the guild I am applying to, just so I/you get to know one another.
