  1. [14:29] <Ikiryo> The TSAB cruiser is familiar to Altea, white bulkheads and a simple, stylish design. The TSAB does like it's smooth look more than Hyperion's industrial or Grace's decadence.
  2. 06[14:30] * Altea was brought aboard after some time to rest and let her body heal up all of Ajax Koppa Theta's fury. Now, her uniform is on and not destroyed by acid, and her skin is back to its usual texture instead of the bubbling mess brought about by fire and acid bombs.
  3. [14:31] <Ikiryo> It's amazing what a few hours nap will do to help.
  4. 01[14:31] <Altea> It is amazing! Now she wants to go see her papa after that near miss with the mech.
  5. [14:32] <Ikiryo> At this time...he's likely on the bridge. That's easy enough to find with her device helping.
  6. 06[14:33] * Altea goes there, following the directions carefully. It'd be embarassing to get lost now.
  7. [14:39] <Ikiryo> She's soon able to find her way. The ship is quiet now, a lot of people likely still sleeping after the chaos of that battle. On the bridge there is only two people, her father and an unfamiliar man dressed in a Hyperion uniform. He is tall and rather slim compared to the myrmidons she's met with an immaculately tended blonde goatee and long hair.
  8. [14:39] <Ikiryo> The pair seem to be looking over diagrams.
  9. 01[14:40] <Altea> "Papa!"
  10. 06[14:40] * Altea isn't one for decorum, exactly.
  11. [14:41] <Ikiryo> Her father turns, his face lighting up as he sees her. "Altea!"
  12. 06[14:41] * Altea rushes to hug him.
  13. [14:45] <Ikiryo> He hugs back, the slight sound of a cracking barrier jacket as he's squeezed.
  14. 01[14:45] <Altea> "I'm so glad you're okay! How many were hurt?"
  15. [14:48] <Ikiryo> "On this ship? Not many, we were mostly shielded from the assault. Jason's ship...wasn't so lucky." He nods to the blonde man.
  16. 01[14:48] <Altea> "You're Jason? We owe you a lot, thanks for the help with the bombardment."
  17. [14:51] <Ikiryo> He bows theatrically. "Thank you for giving me a target while my ship was still whole."
  18. 01[14:51] <Altea> "How did your crew do?"
  19. [14:53] <Ikiryo> "Twenty three lost...though twenty of those lost were myrmidons, so we can restore them from the system logs of thier minds." He sighs. "It could have been a lot worse."
  20. 01[14:54] <Altea> "I'm sorry to hear that. I wish we'd have been able to avoid those losses."
  21. [14:58] <Ikiryo> Jason nods. "So do I...but it was better the Argo take the hit. I'll make sure thier families know they died as heroes."
  22. 01[15:02] <Altea> "I'm glad we could work together like this."
  23. [15:03] <Ikiryo> He nods, holding out a hand to Altea. "Likewise. I've heard rather a lot about you and your group."
  24. 06[15:06] * Altea shakes it, left handed of course. "Yeah we kinda get around."
  25. [15:06] <Ikiryo> "Saving Athena does make you rather notable."
  26. 01[15:09] <Altea> "Yeah, and the other stuff too. So what were you guys meeting about?"
  27. [15:12] <Ikiryo> "Before the attack? We were trying to work out a prisoner exchange deal. A few people on either side have been captured during border skirmishes...but we are not at war, so allowing them to go home would be the humane thing."
  28. 06[15:13] * Altea nods. "And now?"
  29. [15:15] <Ikiryo> "Now, we'll need to get back to it. Still, I think I can convince people that we have larger issues at hand than each other." He gives a slightly sad smile.
  30. 06[15:15] * Altea nods. "Yeah, it's all kind of blowing up now, isn't it."
  31. 01[15:15] <Altea> "I was hoping to go back to Francisco soon too."
  32. 01[15:15] <Altea> "Not sure if that will work."
  33. [15:18] <Ikiryo> Her father raises an eyebrow. "Why not?"
  34. 01[16:05] <Altea> "Well, Mneme got away. We gotta chase her, right? Also we're still technically in school."
  35. 01[16:05] <Altea> "I'm just not sure how the time lines up."
  36. [16:07] <Ikiryo> He nods and gives her another hug.
  37. 06[16:08] * Altea hugs back. "Was kinda hoping I'd be able to take the Sword with me, since I'm also taking the Spear."
  38. [16:08] <Ikiryo> "I'm sure you'll get it."
  39. 01[16:08] <Altea> "Yep! Gonna do my best. So, Jason, how far is it from here to Hyperion?"
  40. [16:09] <Ikiryo> "About a day, why?"
  41. 01[16:10] <Altea> "I want to go see one of my friends if she's feeling better. She was in rough shape last time I saw her and I want to make sure she's okay."
  42. 01[16:10] <Altea> "Well, I was also in rough shape last time I saw her, so. It was a rough day."
  43. [16:12] <Ikiryo> He nods. "We can't personally go but it shouldn't be too hard to visit."
  44. 01[16:12] <Altea> "Cool, I'll have to get that set up then. Well, I'll let you guys get back to your meeting on the thing."
  45. [16:13] <Ikiryo> Her father nods, leaning in to kiss her forehead.
  46. 06[16:13] * Altea hugs him tight, mostly not injuring him. "Good to see you papa."
  47. [16:14] <Ikiryo> "Likewise...I was worried about you."
  48. 01[16:15] <Altea> "You know I'm not the one you should worry about."
  49. 02[16:17] * Disconnected

  66. [16:31] <Ikiryo> He winces. "And you are alright?"
  67. 01[16:32] <Altea> "Yep! Glad you didn't see me a few hours ago, I looked...pretty....rough." Altea's brain just caught up.
  68. [21:51] <Ikiryo> He hugs her again, tightly as Jason raises an eyebrow.
  69. 01[21:51] <Altea> "A-anyway, I'm gonna head back and get some stuff together to go to Hyperion." She hugs her dad back. "Good to see you papa, nice to meet you Jason."
  70. [21:52] <Ikiryo> Jason bows theatrically. "It was lovely to meet a hero such as yourself."
  71. 06[21:58] * Altea waves and leaves.
