Apologies for our lackluster slate. At first, we picked the four most well-supported abilities (throughout the thread) and had trouble finding others that reached that sort of calibre of ability. This is as honest as I can get - we didn't think about slating options that still had garnered support but had more opposition to it. Since I've been around longer and have slated more times than LoL I'll take responsibility if needed.

Upon further review of the thread, we decided that the two next abilities garnered the most support throughout the thread would be Defiant and Volt Absorb. However, I would like to use my -1 on Volt Absorb - not because I want to constrict slate size down at all. I truly think Volt Absorb can be harmful to our concept, as CAP23 could potentially generate an extreme amount of free turns just by trapping a Choice-locked Electric-type, and with those it could set up Spikes, Swords Dance, etc. It depends on what utility moves we'd give it but the point is that CAP23 can just sit there and waste away turns, healing up and setting up moves and stuff. We could take measures to avoid these kind of situations with our speed stats, but in terms of our dismantle list, only one Pokemon uses Electric-type moves commonly (Zapdos), and Volt Switch discouragement hasn't been a giant, important presence in this CAP, especially after we got a typing that resists it. While CAP23 already has two immunities, Normal and Fighting, you can't exactly hide those immunities like with Volt Absorb because CAP23 might have a secondary ability. Thus, I believe Volt Absorb to have harmful side-effects for a lackluster "positive" for which people in the thread have argued. I'll reword this reasoning in the thread.
