So, My Question is One of my client Selling Online Product's in Specific Country, and the Product name is totally unique Like "Orthayu Balm in Pakistan" so the Search Volume of this Specific Keyword is too low like 200 to 300 So How Can I Ranked Them Because the number of website on the first page not following Google Policies they are spamming, Like Keyword stuffing, 100% Copywrite content and other Hand they are on Top.

  17. Is the competition also low? Just throw some related links and have a decent on-page optimization for the keyword. Should be doing the trick.
