No.
She can't copy her own abilities onto other people. Of course, she also has other limitations too, so don't expect her to suddenly be able to give skills in the same vein as Oni-kind Demon or Divinity to people for obvious reasons. (She can't just change that much about a target.)
It's one target at a time as well. Though after a few days of continual use, it is possible for a target to permanently gain a skill if they are compatible with it.
