Blitzo fking dies... he probably wont though, thatd make me sad.

I'm guessing that Verosika's return is done and dusted. She made her appearance, publicly humiliated Blitzo as part of a song, and exposed her to the crowd as heartbreaker and a thief.
She's not mad or desperate enough to try and murder him.

I'm not sure if the "Part I" referred to these last two episodes simply being a finale, or if it's actually "Ozzie's: Part I", as the latter would imply we'll see Asmodeus (and, by extension, Fizz) again.
Octavia (and possibly Stella) will definitely show up.
D.H.O.R.K.S. will probably not - their involvement is probably going to be a longer arc, probably in the second season.
Mayberry, Martha, Martha's family, or Eddie (the kid from the pilot) are equally unlikely, but Viv may throw us a curveball.

Striker's a likely candidate, and he does return, he'll would most likely make an attempt on Stolas' life, as he's at least partially motivated by a personal philosophy.

Moxxie, Millie and Loona may be the ones to come and save the day this time around - since their night has gone (relatively) well, and the former two are somewhat sympathetic to Blitzo on better days, they might feel concerned about how HIS outing with Stolas had gone, and could check on him.
Loona's actually a bit of a wild card in this regard.

I would wager DHORKS, or whatever group they are a part of now, will be an overarching antagonistic threat. They represent the only tangible Earthly threat to the protagonists. Now whether they are taken as a more serious threat or remain a comedic bit remains to be seen.

I'd guess Part 2 is gonna focus on Stolas and Blitzo, maybe Stella and the family are involved. I suspect we'll be focusing more on Blitzos backstory however.
