Isra sits on Sakamoto's desk due to a surprising lack of seating in this secret base, sewing away frantically. "Nrgh~! Stupid needle..." She yanks the needle upwards, finishing her sewing before ripping the thread with her teeth. "All done~!" She hops to her feet, the headless stuffed Pikachu falling off her lap and onto the ground as stuffing poofs out of it.

Isra:
She holds out her arms, examining her handywork; "Hmm...~ Much nicer than those nasty burns~!" she says with a nod. She wipes away the trickles of blood on her arms and proceeds to tap the ground behind her with her right foot, "Legs seem good too~!"

Sakamoto:
"Now, Isra *hic* as the only other one to make it through our last expedition, this means we are now officially critically low on members for our scientific endeavors. I myself can no longer afford to put myself in danger like this until everything is stable again. But we can't give up just yet. First, we need to retrieve one of my assistants who is currently being held hostage. But more importantly, we must find suitable parts to build my son a stable new body."

Sakamoto:
"And surely, you wish to have your revenge, so we all kinda win out on this deal."

Isra:
Isra nods, "Of course I do~ I want to skin that silly bitch alive for what she did to me~!"

Rayner glances over at Isra and raises a few eyebrows at her epidermic needlecraft, then at the talking cat, "Crazies here, too? You know the last guy I worked for wanted to kill off all the 'normal' Pokemon in the world. That was something else."

"One was wearing a mask and hoodie, another had 3 donuts in his hair. And I think another was a ninja. You can't miss 'em."

Rayner:
"Those are vague descriptions, but I can work with this...after two questions. First, the cat is our boss, not the scientist? Second, what parts are we looking for, and where?"

Isra:
"The cat is the scientist and the scientist is the cat, silly~"

Sakamoto:
"It's a long story. But anyway, we could do this the easy way and just recover the body from those guys who surely stole it. Failing that, many of the parts that comprised my son's body can be found in many modern day racing vehicles and power plants. Some might be a bit harder to find than others."

Sakamoto:
"I'll formulate a grocery list for you if it, if it comes to that *cough*"

This of course does partially mean public intimidation."

Rayner:

Isra:
"Hmmmm~? What makes you say that~?" Isra puts a hand on the red-head's shoulder briefly before snaking around to the back of his neck, "Do I seem like that sort of girl~?" she asks quietly, punctuating the question with a sudden flick of her index finger nail down the scruff of his neck.

Rayner:
Rayner narrows his eyes in disgust at Isra and DEEZNUTS, "I see. I now know why you hired me; I am the only one here who will take this job seriously."

Dix Neuf:
A shiver runs down the young man's spine, and he clumsily stumbles away. "I-I was just asking...." He says while rubbing his slightly scratched neck. "(Okay, this lady is even scarier than the ones from before...so surely my question was correct...)"

Rayner:
"Fret not. As useless as these two may prove, I will make up for it in practicality and usefulness."

Sakamoto:
"Goodness. Anyway, as you would know, this region is ripe for a good restructuring. But unfortunately, it seems like I'm not the first one around to take note fo this.There will be many ample opportunities for us, but for now we shall start out small."

Isra:
Isra's eyes narrow at Rayner, "Hmmm...~ You seem to be rather full of yourself~ Or full of hot-air, not sure which~"

Rayner:
"Oh, not at all. That's just how little I think of your attitude."

Rayner:

Isra hops off the desk and ruffles their hair, "Then we might as well make the most of this, no~?" She staggers slightly as she touches the ground, her body still weak from the previous battle, whether she wants to admit it or not.

Dix Neuf:
Neuf, again, clumsily stumbles away. "J-just what happened to you anyway? You look like you got hit by a freight train or something..."

Rayner:
Rayner looks Isra up and down, nodding at her hobble, "Try again, Dix. She's stumbling. She was injured recently, but certainly not by a train. ...and she smells of cinders and bleach, yet there are no points of impact other than that single gash. Chemical burns, or a Fire-type Pokemon?"

Isra:
"Oh~? Those monsters had no qualms about attacking a cute, innocent little girl like me~! The one with the mask threw these burning chemicals at me~!" "Going to gut that stupid bitch for that..." she hisses out that last part quietly in Dix's general direction, seething anger in her voice.

"We got into a bit of a tussle while gathering parts for my latest scientific breakthrough: A genuine cloning machine, just like the long lost method formulated back in 1999...but unfortunately, we now lack the fundings to keep it operated even if we did manage to build it. So we'll have to sap funding and materials from this region itself for now."

"I'm way ahead of you there. In fact, the very reason that this place is in shambles is why we're going to take over this place by force. After all, who's gonna stop us? Well, maybe a few people, but they sure won't be government officials. Surely, those must barely exist here."

Sakamoto:
"Just take a bag of my genetically modified Skitty Nibblez and put it in a bowl."

Dix Neuf:
"Right....fun...I guess there's no turning back for me now."

"Did you say something~?" Isra replies, peeking over her should as she continues to pour the cat food.

Sakamoto:
"Getting my body back in the right place is an entirely different can of worms. But that'd be nice too."

Dix Neuf:
"Nothing (눈_눈). I just figured, y'know, normally I'm supposed to make an impression on people all the time with my endearing boisterousness, but I'm starting to feel like just another face in the crowd with this kind of environment."

Isra:
She returns the bag of food and then spins back over to the others, "Sooooo~ Why do we have to go and save Mr. Army again if we've already replaced him~?"

Rayner:
"Oh, Dix, please, don't complain. It doesn't suit you. As long as YOU'RE non compos mentis, what does it matter that she is too?"

Sakamoto:
"I am a firm believer of camaraderie no matter how impure my intentions seem, and I won't leave another comrade behind. Besides, we should by all means have as many people on board as possible. We could always send him on other missions, you see."

Isra:
"Hmm~" Isra's eyes light up, "What about your robot~? Couldn't you track them down using his body~?"

Sakamoto:
"Hmm....I believe the girl may be onto something."

Sakamoto:
