- Lancashire hot pot
- Onion
- 800g potato sliced
- lamb shoulder chops
- 300g diced lamb
- 3 carrots
- 50g black pudding
- tbsp rosemary
- tbsp parsley
- bay leaf
- 600ml lamb stock butter
- oven 160
- fry onion.
- Layer half tatoes
- All other stuff.
- Hot stock
- Layer potatoes on top.
- Dot butter.
- Cover, oven 2 hours
- Dot butter again, 30 mins uncovered.
