  1. 1. During a round of Ninja, you are faxed by Station Command inquiring about an “inspector” who claims to have been sent by the company to evaluate each of the station's departments. How do you respond, and why?

  4. I would wait some time to allow the antag some time to move around, possibily send a fax saying that it will take 10 to 15 minutes to search records before I can answer them. After that time I would send another fax saying that no inspect has been sent that we are aware of and that it is commands decression in how they deal with the "inspector"

  7. 2. During a round of Crossfire, you are faxed by Station Command about a team of mercenaries who have reported a band of pirates operating in the area. They wish to offer their services to the station as additional security. Command is asking you for your advice on the situation. How do you respond, and why?

  10. I would send a fax suggesting security to assess the mercenaries legitimacy and risk to the crew. that is commands decision whether or not to use the mercenaries however they should keep in mind that they are liable for any damages they cause and that they are likely stations unaware of regulations and policies

  13. 3. You receive an Emergency Broadcast System message from the station’s Artificial Intelligence. It claims that there is an emergency situation, and requests an immediate ERT deployment. How do you respond?
  14.
  15. JJToday at 20:44
  16. if there was enough command I would send the Announcement for proper requesting of ERT. If not and I was in the round I would reply to the EBS asking for further details from the AI. Based on that and whats happening in the round I would wait a bit and then send the ert.

  19. 4. In your opinion, how much of a role should Central Command play in the affairs of the station? When is it appropriate for them to directly intervene, and how much should they attempt to shape the round when they do?
  20.
  21. JJToday at 20:48
  22. CentCom should direct the round and not force it to go a certain way by shutting down antag gimmicks and giving direct orders to command and things of that nature. CentCom should only intervene if there is a serious situation and that intervention should still allow a degree of player agency and for them to still be able to shape the round in their own way.

  25. 5. In resolving an Incident Report, when should a character receive significant disciplinary action (such as a demotion), as opposed to a lighter response such as a warning or retraining? Under what circumstances would you consider terminating a character's employment?
  26.
  27. JJToday at 20:58
  28. Termination should be reserved for instances where a character no longer meets the requirements for employment, they are a major threat to the safety of the crew and the station or they refuse to learn from their mistakes after multiple incidences. Demotions should be used when there has been a major mistake that has implications for other crewmember, while lesser actions should be used when the incident is minor or has little to no affect on other characters.

  31. You previously resigned due to burnout. Are you sure you’re good now?
  32.
  33. JJToday at 21:00
  34. I believe so. My break was for around 6 months, I'm enjoying being back in the community and majority of the problems I faced back then are fixed.
  35.
