I tried out those Casteliacones we discussed. They were far more satisfying than I’d expected. The texture was nice and fluffy, but the flavor was so rich—almost decadent. The Nacli Salt Ice Cream from Sugar-N-Ice back in Paldea is hard to beat, but Casteliacones definitely come close, since they contain only the finest ingredients... [Larry]
