  4. I need to migrate a Jira Instance from one Cloud to another Cloud. The Jira migration has perform successfully however Zephyr data was not included in the migration. I downloaded the tool you provided and follow the instructions to no success. I get an error message,"Results without step", any idea why this is happening? Would you be able to perform the migration for us ? I will attach the excel file Link: https://costacoffee.atlassian.net

  12. As of now we do not support cloud to cloud, cloud to server or vice versa migration .
  13. So as you are importing the test cases . This is the best way to get your test cases to new instance. Results without step means - in your excel step is there and each result require steps . So please try to check and enter the steps in every corresponding results.

  15. Also I would like to inform you that Using importer you cannot import test cycle execution, links.

  27. We cannot import the excel to your cloud instance because you have to enter the steps and we will not be knowing what steps you need. Also I could see that there is large amount of test cases. So please try to split the test cases in small batches(500-600) and then try to import . Otherwise you may face unknown issue

  49. I perform the import with a smaller batch and even thou the logs show the process succeed, checking online I could not find any of the steps a test should have. Given as a we are due to migrate our company soon and Zephyr has a high cost but no proper tool to do this, we need to request further assistance into this or we are force to switch to another plugin.
