You rapidly drew a circle of runes surrounded by another larger circle of runes as the battle raged around you, and though your allies weren't really having much difficulty in handling the Spriggans, it was clear that you could resolve things faster than they were currently going if you just applied a small amount of assistance. It didn't take you all that long to finish drawing the circle of runes, and you drew the last rune, combining your knowledge of Bounded Fields with Rune Magecraft. The moment that the spell was completed, a field of energy emanated from the circles you had drawn. It was quite an advanced spell that drew on the aspect of stillness in order to cut the speed an enemy could move by half, though the range was quite limited, only having about a ten meter radius around the focus point of the spell and lasting only a few minutes at most. Usually, it wasn't feasible to use in combat considering that your enemies would obviously not grant you the opportunity to create it and that it would simply take too long to create and most battles would end before it was ready to be deployed.
