Terms and Conditions
This is an investment and not a loan. What does this mean exactly a loan “a thing that is borrowed, especially a sum of money that is required to be paid back with interest.” an investment “an act of devoting time, effort, or energy to a particular undertaking with the expectation of a worthwhile result.”.  We are trying to state that you are investing in Kingdom Crashers and are not giving us a loan. When investing in Kingdom Crashers you understand and agree that their is a chance you will not receive your money back in the “Rare Event” that we can't pay you back. The chances of this happening are highly unlikely but keep in mind this is an investment and not a loan.

The return of investments has a set date although it can be subjected to change in the event that we need to raise more funds from donations to pay the investor back.

All communications regarding the Kingdom Crashers project, investments and anything else will be handled through skype and email. Trying to contact us over phone is not an allowed method of contacting us.

Attempting a chargeback before the set return of investment date is not allowed.

When signing this contract you are agreeing to following all of our terms and conditions which provide security to both parties of the contract. Breaching any of these terms and conditions will result in a termination of the contract. A termination of the contract will result in your return of investment not being paid back with interest. You will still receive your initial investment but no interest.
