This email is to serve as notification that your tenure with this Department has been terminated.

This Termination is effective immediately. The Department has concluded that your services are no longer needed for the following reasons.

*An internal investigation found significant evidence to show that you are the same person as Lee Gelles
*Failure to respond to notification of Activity Probationary status within given time frame
*Failure to make a reasonable attempt to meet with the Chief of Police after being told by the Admin Lieutenant that your presence was requested.


After a thorough examination of your service records this determination has been made. We would like to thank you for the time you have given the department, this decision does not reflect your entire time of service. However at this time you are to relinquish your duty weapon and badge, as well as return your Patrol vehicle. If you are found using your patrol vehicle within Cedar Creek or elsewhere further action will be taken. Additionally if you are found to posses a CCPD badge or ID from this point forward, or you are found identifying yourself as a Cedar Creek Police Officer you will face criminal charges.

You have the right to appeal the Department's determination by contacting someone from City Administration and stating your case for reevaluation with them.
