also, by the way, all of the edits are in order from like, when i made them. so if their's one under it, that means that one overruns the one before it, i just don't want to change my edits since i added them in like that so i wouldn't have to like, fuck with them at all. i literally just made this character originally so i could have something that i put a lot of effort/depth/writing into.

Vanadium - name, probably change to Vanadi, maybe when they say they're name they say um after it as a throwback/reference towards what their name idea was?

Vanadi should be pronounced similar to Vanity, but they're actually pretty nice, and when doing things will normally think of what other people might like when they do things, (maybe take some examples from my parent?).

Probably going to make their gender a male, but will continue to use they pronouns until Vanadi is more fleshed out. I'm better at writing and playing male characters, and when role playing female characters I tend to go for more stereotypical tropes due to problems.

They normally wear the color grey, and maybe have grey blood? If it's genetic, they'll be a mutant and most likely lived with a lot of bullying/hiding from society. If it's a side effect from something, they've probably endured trauma from it depending on how it happens, I'll look up stories of stuff like this later.

EDIT:// Vanadi is a boy, and the grey blood is canon, how he got it might be a ? but i think that i should look for insight from other people about this first. Also, I never wrote anything down about age. I think he would be about 13/14 in human years? I imagine he would be small, it's more believable if the grey blood is genetic instead of a side effect of shrinking, or maybe he's just generally short. I'm not sure about that, but I decided I would figure out a height/weight for him since I initially forgot to choose one for him, I was just going off of my question sheet and writing down ideas.

new secondary edit:// OKAY SO apparantly my original secondary edit isn't here now??? i don't know what happened but in it i said that grey blood is fucking stupid and that's not a thing anymore, along with a small habitat update and that, he doesn't live in an extreme constantly snowing environment, since, hypothermia isn't very enjoyable or liveable. he lives in a forested and cold environment, it rains most of the time and snows in the winter, along with the summers not being very impressive. i might do like, any research on the blood thing but he's probably just going to be an anon-blood that's probably like, a jade or something. who cares. i'll figure it out later. they'll be under a blue blood though.

Occupation - Cave life

Family - I'll come back to this, might ask for insight on this from friends for ideas but they might not be that helpful for this. Family could be very important if grey blood is genetic. How did they get it? Also, it might be good to decide Vanadi's species soon since this should contribute to it. (Probably troll, six letter name, blood issues, definitely fits).

Home/Neighbour - They live in a cave, it was an old mine-shaft that had a cave in very early in the making, and was abandoned due to it being unsafe for work (look up if this is accurate, check miner work conditions, if untrue say that he made the cave himself, or that it was going to be turned into a mine shaft but people found a more essential place to work and gave up on this) it's filled with gems, some that were always there, and some that Vanadi has collected themselves. (maybe a hoarding problem for gems? or at least likes to collect them, maybe a hobby, since his blood problem most likely would have forced him to only do activities that aren't very risky). Most of his furniture is hand made, and extremely soft due to living in a cave being not the comfortable, so they decided to balance it out and make it more comfortable.

It's fairly large, and most of it is pretty empty. He lives in barren forest, it's constantly snowing and fairly cold (?), most of the time it's unfit to go outside, so he'll just stay inside and keep warm (with your new, little inferno fire place!).

EDIT:// After talking for awhile about his living conditions we came up with some new information about how he survives in his environment and generally just about his life style. He lives in an abandoned mineshaft that was barely started, and after the safety conditions were seemingly to significant with not enough pay back the owner of the expedition shut it down. Little did they know, that, in this cave, they only needed to dig a little bit further to get what they wanted. Instead, it was found by Vanadi, when attempting to dig it out more with what was left of for supplies. He highly enjoys sewing, and most of his stuff is extremely comfortable and warm due to it being made from the hides of what animals he's hunted previously. He collects water normally just from collecting rain, and then boiling it over a fire, but in the winter he uses snow instead.

Most of the meat that he gets from the small animals that he hunts with dead-fall traps get left out to dry, while the rest of the body gets skinned, the organs are removed and buried, and the bones are used for various tools. Most of his tools are made of these bones, but sometimes he'll use stone instead if he doesn't have access to what he needs for them. Occasionally he's able to collect alpaca fur, which he enjoys using for knit clothing. In walking distance from where he stays is a large amount of raspberry bushes, which he uses to cook and make jam out of. He also uses these for traps occassionally, but normally he just consumes them. In his cave he has a small hole in the wall, it's an indentation with an opening at the bottom that was carved out so it could hold things. He uses it as make-shift cooler for in the winter, where he puts hard packed snow in the bottom and stores meat along with some frozen berries. It works fairly well for him, and can keep him few over winter a long with what he hunts then as well.

He generally wears clothes completely made out of a fur, multiple hides from different small mammals, or larger mammals that he managed to collect the corpses of and scavange stuff off of, such as bears or ox's, which can leave him very well off for quite a few weeks. His outfit is similar to those of the Inuits, in which he wears a large hand-stitched fur coat along with other essential winter gear, that keeps him warm throughout the winter.

Animals: Snow-shoe hare, Alpacas, Ox, Yak, Foxes, A varying amount of eagles and owls along with other small birds and cranes, Ducks, Squirrel, Actually a pretty good fishing selection but that's not something Vanadi knows how to do, Beavers, Bison, Cougars (Not very common though.),

(Grand Teton National Park is where i took these animals from, also i know this is alternia and not earth but it's easier not making it confusing with troll names for these things.)

Hobbies - Generally, since he lives in the cold and is an outcast (?) he normally does inside activities. He enjoys making things, such as stuffed animals and pillows, when he can’t go outside. When there were still supplies from the old mine, he would sometimes attempt to dig it out more to find more gems, but as he wasn't very good at physically demanding activities, he only got so much out of it. Most of the supplies that were previously at the vicinity are mostly broken, or have been taken apart to be made into more useful tools... or, less useful.

Strengths - He's fairly crafty, and has learned over the years how to survive on his own outside. He tends to not trust strangers, which can be extremely helpful as it keeps him safer, since the most common reaction to his blood is normally violent.

Weaknesses - Undoubtedly, he has more cons than he does pros. Since his isolation from society has left him socially clueless, he doesn't have the best abilities and conversing or teamwork. If he were to be relied on by someone else, he would most likely put that as his main priority most likely out of fear, and if not that it just gives him more of a reason to do it.

Even if he's lived on his own for so long, he hasn't really managed to gain too much brawn, mostly sticking to things he can do more easily even if it ends up being much more time consuming, he's fairly weak and has few fighting abilities.

Desires - More or less, a friend (?), but that's pretty expected. He probably also wants a new sewing kit, maybe some new clothes, indoor plumbing, maybe a few blankets, oh oh and a house a house would be nice caves are uncomfortable.

Fears - monsters are pretty spooky

Change about themselves - Probably his blood color, considering it's practically ruined his life in every way, in all reality he could probably deal with any other problems that came at him, but it would be nice if at least his body wasn't what was going to destroy him.
