  1. Dry Bowser was enjoying having some muffins he brought from the small shop in the peaceful village of Petalburg, enjoying the spring breeze coming from the east and west as he was heading to the western end of the area.
  2.
  3. "These muffins match well with this place..." Dry Bowser said to himself as he was eating a cinnamon chip muffin while walking on the smooth green grass. "Perhaps I should consider taking a much needed vacation here... maybe a weekend retreat or two."
  4.
  5. Dry Bowser was going to have a corn muffin when he noticed the Bub-ulbs waddling away, with the skeletal reptile glancing up to see Hooktail flying by in the distance, the giant red dragon approaching the Petalburg village. Dry Bowser scoffed, shaking his skull as he placed away the one muffin he was going to have, not put off by the appearance of the new winged reptilian threat.
  6.
  7. Dry Bowser: A dragon? Is that what you guys are terrified of?
  8.
  9. Dry Bowser had no experience dealing with the likes of Hooktail, so he figured that this would be a simple battle and nothing more. What he didn't expect was for Hooktail to land right at the west end of the village, breathing fire everywhere as flames were bouncing about, with it spreading due to the paper nature of the area.
  10.
  11. "Right, I forgot why this place felt a bit flat..." Dry Bowser stated as he clenched his fists, chucking several of his bones at Hooktail in an effort of besting her. "You think that fire of yours is going to scare me?"
  12.
  13. What Dry Bowser didn't anticipate was that Hooktail would gobble him right up without a second thought. Hooktail then destroyed Petalburg and flew back to her castle, with Dry Bowser sighing as he rested in her gut, deciding to eat the last muffin that he saved for later since he would be in there for quite a while.
