Nitronic Rush Patcher Info

The in-game online highscores use a server hosted by Team Nitronic.
However, these tend to be incredibly slow (normally taking minutes for most people), don't seem to be actively maintained and mix all vehicles into the same highscores.

If you wish, you can instead patch your game to use the unofficial highscores set up and maintained by me (Crehl).
Download the patcher below, place it in your Nitronic Rush folder and run it (most likely requires run as admin).

Notes/Features:
The online group feature (Options -> Online Group) is now used to let you filter which vehicle you want to see in the highscores.
The default group ("world") shows only the default vehicle (Interceptor) so in most cases you won't need to change your group. If you wish, you can change it to any of the following to see the highscores for that vehicle:
 - Interceptor
 - Avenger
 - Commander
 - Cycle
 - Intimidator
 - Impulse
It doesn't matter what your group is set to when uploading ghosts - the vehicle will be detected automatically.

Only the best time per person (per track per vehicle) is shown, so people aren't able to fill the highscores with just their times and nobody else's.

Links to the current WRs for Story and Hardcore, and a link to this spreadsheet, will appear on the main menu.

At some point in the future there might also be a website with all the scores on (and more...).
