  9. (Dev Note: In OWB, the cost of inf equipment rises steeply. Recruiting lots of units with just pipe pistols is cheap, but actually giving them better equipment becomes costly. This is an intended effect, but there is still an overabundance of infantry equipment. So it felt like the cost values for the different kinds of infantry equipment were not correct. Melee weaponry has also long been seen as somewhat of a left behind equipment, it costs a lot for the stats that it gives you. So these changes should help make it relevant far more, the 7 IC cost for Melee 4 was a lot to ask for when you could get Ballistic 3 for 4 IC. The stats that Melee has over it did not make it worth it. So Melee 4 now being 6.25 IC compared to Ballistic 3 being 5 IC should make it far more tempting. The cost of the last tier of Ballistic and Laser are already costly, and did not seem to need an adjusted cost. Inf equipment as a whole is likely subject to future changes in the coming patches.)

  11. Enforcer gear armor 20/30 -> 17/27 Hardness 25%/35% -> 20%/30%

  13. (Dev Note: The strength of an Enforcer lies in its armor and hardness, it is the whole reason to produce them. But seeing as how Enforcers have overperformed for some months now, they could do with a nerf. The armor value being lowered by 3 should make partial or even fully piercing them easier for alot of nations with limited piercing abilities. The Hardness being reduced is largely because Soft Attack is far more abundant then Hard Attack, this is not a suprise, its why Enforcers are strong to begin with. But It felt like the Hardness on Enforcers was just a little bit much. If this turns out to be to much of a nerf then dont be suprised if it gets reversed in a future patch, or if they get nerfed harder.)

  17. Warhounds have lost their 10% breakthrough bonus
  18. Warhounds now require 30 dogs per platoon instead of 25

(Dev Note: Warhounds are a extremely rare unit in OWB, only a couple nations get access to it, when a platoon is so rare, it can be hard to properly judge whether its strength's is not just the strength of the nation that has them. But after thinking about it for some time, they do deserve a nerf. Warhounds are relatively cheap in IC when you compare them to other units with the same kind of stats, which is why the dog equipment per platoon was raised to 30. This makes it a little most costly, but it should not be enough to make them not worth making. The +10% breakthrough was removed for much the same reason as the dog count was increased, even with the increased cost the division were still that little bit to strong, so removing the breakthrough bonus seemed like the way to nerf them just a little. Warhounds are as always subject to change in future patches.)
