Appearance: Tina has Black hair, put into two pigtails put alongside her head two different eye colors, one being blue the other being green, she also wears a nifty hat, as well as wearing a SAIPI Armor, which is customixed and goes underneath her other attire, which is a corset composed out of hardened leather, and having black and red Dye, shea lso has a ballistic mask thats he puts on or takes off it usaully hangs from her neck mainly. Her FLinglock pisotl which she carries two of them, and her obvious whip and sword is placed next to one another
Traits/Powers:Tina heart Beats per minutes exceeds any other more blood is pumped into her body when she is only in combat because she is using more muscles this makes it where her brain processes images a alot faster than as per usaul and soon gradually (One ooc minute later!). Due to her heart always rapidly beating causing its tissues to get harder and tougher it can go at that speed without giving Tina any downfalls.

Personality: she is a passive phyco meaning she finds it more enjoyable to watch her victims suffer, and or prolong into madness, Tina is a master of manipulating of someone she can do a lot more harm just by talking into doing something o do her dirty work. She also acts like a 12 year old, and always is cocky and childish in every situation even at combat she taunts, and is very talkative, but if you strike a nerve...you might just regret doing that.

Weapons: Tina has a pistol that looks like a flint-lock but utilizes .44 bullets, and having a mag clip of 8, She also carries a rapier that is sheathed, and a whip having sharp thorns, the wipe is composed out of a strong flexible none-metal called graphene and has carbon fiber thorns. Also her Rapier is composed out of the same thing.

Bio: Tina back-story is rather, strange, derpy and sad, Tina is the twin sister of Yumi she wasn't always deranged and crazy but mainly she was shy, having a lot of discomforts and being insecure most of her life. When Yumi was kidnap and TIna was the only one who managed to escape from them...only to be founded by savage Bandits that took her in seeing there is no need to kill a child, while they could make there  little group bigger. Yumi was the only person who could comfort her and she soon fell into complete madness, becoming cocky confident. Tina has an extreme knowledge of explosives, torture techniques and basic close combat even though she can be a formidable opponent using her strong whipe that she even installed it to be an electrical whip she can use to whip and shock people. Soon her bandit group died, and she was the one who killed them all! she isn't as aggressive as most she takes the pelasure in watching people screaming and slowly dying, than actually taking the pleasure of killing but her favorite is when she "Plays" with them and if she selects you....may god by with you.
