Alexithymiaa: -Brad was sitting in a holding cell with a couple of other people in the police station, one being a prostitute because theres ALWAYS a prostitute that's been picked up and is waiting to be released. Again. He leaned down and put his head in his hands, sighing deeply because this sucked. // Noah pulled his car up into the parking lot of the grocery store with the intent to pick up some snacks because everyone likes snacks. Shoving the door open, he climbed out, rattling off to Tae. "Did you make a list? I dont want to be here all night because we cant remember what we're here for."-
CovetCovet : Kelsey had gotten the call earlier on about Brad needing to be bailed out. She was beyond angry about the fact that she needed to do this because she knew it was something that he could have avoided but chose not to. She pulled up to the station and climbed out of the car, holding onto her wallet, and made her way inside. // Tae rolled her eyes, "Oh my god, yes, I know. We won't be here all night, besides, it's not like we can't make this fun."
Alexithymiaa: -Brad looked up when Kelsey walked in since the station was so small, walking over to the bars of the holding cell. "Kels. Get me out of here." // The officer standing at the front desk was busy typing a report into the computer and when Kelsey walked in she smiled to her. "Can I help you, ma'am?" // Noah walked around to her side of the car, walking next to her as they went into the store. "How are we supposed to make it fun? Grocery shopping is never fun."-
Covet: Kelsey put up her hand in his direction. "You can be patient." She said looking around for an officer so she could settle the issue with his bail. "I'm here to look into the bail of Bradly Anderson." She said to the officer. // "By splitting up the list and making it into a competition. See who can get done fastest and stay under budget. Like one of those super market games." Tae told him
Alexithymiaa: -Brad rolled his eyes, tired and frustrated with the whole situation even though he was WRONG. // The officer typed into the computer to bring up the charges against Brad, speaking directly to Kelsey. "Driving while under the influence and possession of an illegal substance. Bail is set at seventy five hundred dollars. Are you here to post bail for Mr. Anderson this evening?" // Noah sighed, turning to grab a cart to begin pushing ahead of him. "You're really going to run around a store trying to race me? Think that's such a good idea with your ankle and whatever?"-
Covet: "An illegal substance?" Kelsey said then looked over at him, shaking her head. "Yeah, I guess I'll pay it." She said getting out her card. // Tae smirked, "No I'm not going to run around. I'm totally getting one of the scooters, sucker." She told him as she walked over to where the scooter was plugged in, unplugging it so she could catch up to Noah."
Alexithymiaa: "I didn't even know!" He yelled from the cell, his hands sliding around the bars and pressing his face between the holes. "It's not my fault." // The officer accepted her card, running it through the machine and printing out a receipt for her to sign, sliding the card back. "It's going to be a few minutes before we can release him into your custody." // "That's bullshit, you get a scooter? I want a scooter. Why can't we both be in scooters?' He whined, stopping where he stood with his cart and resisting the urge to stomp is foot in the middle of the store like a child.-
Covet: "That's fine." Kelsey said as she took her card back and tucked it away, before crossing her arms and walking over to him standing behind the bars. "If it wasn't your fault, then how did you end up in here?" She asked him sternly. // "I'm temporarily disabled, that's why I get one. Sorry you can't be special too. But it still goes slower than you do so you've still got a chance to win here."
Alexithymiaa: -Brad rolled his eyes as he watched the officer walk back to file the bail paperwork, turning to look at Kelsey. "Mr. Roth and I had a meeting and we went out for drinks. I'm not even drunk. I drove through a fucking security checkpoint and then they arrested me and searched my damn car. I didn't even know there was any coke left in my car. Both of these charges are bullshit." // "That's not the point..." Noah mumbled, pushing the cart along. "The scooter is the more fun option. It's not about how fast it goes. It's like a go kart for disabled people. And go-karts are fun. Oh, we should do go-karts for my birthday this year." He stopped completely, thinking of the idea as his brain drifted off for a moment.-
Covet: "Not if you were over the legal limit and you had drugs in your car. How do you forget something like that?" Kelsey said shaking her head. // "I'm definitely down for go carts." Tae said as she grabbed an item of the shelf to put into her cart because she was paying attention.
Alexithymiaa: "I feel fine!" He raised his voice, tossing his hands into the air. "I barely had any, legal limit or not. I was perfectly fine to drive and I barely even feel buzzed." He sighed, jamming his hands down into the pockets of his jacket. "I don't know, I didnt know it was in the car. I thought it was all gone. They're tiny baggies, what do you want from me?" // Noah snapped out of his go=kart transe, pushing his cart down the aisle and grabbing a bag of chips to toss into his cart. "What's not to like, right? Everyone will be into that. I've never met someone who didnt like go-karts. Because they're awesome." He reached out for the bag of pretzels next, tossing them in.-
Covet: "It doesn't matter how you feel, it matters what the breathalyzer says, Bradley. And there is a legal limit, of which you were clearly over." Kelsey said snapping at him then shook her head. " To know that you were more thorough with such things given the eagle eye you had on me... the fact that our Son is often in the backseat, what if he would have found it?" // "Exactly. Better than bumper cars, but just as safe, if not safer." Tae said grabbing a bag of chips off the shelf to throw at him, just to harass him.
Alexithymiaa: "You're really going to play that card on me? They literally found it stuck in the gears under my seat. How was I supposed to find that when I cleaned out my car? There's no way Connor would have ever gotten his hands on it. It probably would have stayed there forever if they didn't search my car. None of this was within my control. I shouldn't even be here." // "How is it safer? I'm not saying that it's not safe, but safer?" He asked putting his hand out to swat the chips down out of the air with a loud crunch, smashing them down to the floor. "Those are your chips. I'm not eating those."-
Covet: "Yes, Bradley because if I was in there you wouldn't hesitate to throw that in my face. I don't care where it was at, the fact that it was in there at all, and if the officers could get to it, I'm sure he could have if he was curious enough." She said to him, then shook her head, "You shouldn't? So then I guess you can figure your own way out of here?" // "Because you get a helmet and a five point seatbelt. You get a strap on Bumper cars, and whiplash is a bitch."

Alexithymiaa: "Just because I shouldn't be here doesn't mean the police would listen to that. You know how that works. It doesnt matter what you did or didnt do, they're always right." He sighed, leaning his head forward against the metal bars. "I just want to go home and put this behind me." // "I guess that's true. I've never had whiplash though. Have you?" He asked her, reaching for a jar of salsa. "Wait, where's the baking aisle? I need chocolate chips."-
Covet: "Should have thought about that before getting behind the wheel after drinking." Kelsey said waiting for the officer to give him the go ahead that he was free. "Though the drinking is the least of your worries right now." // "A couple of times but not from bumpercars." She said getting quiet, "Ummm the aisle that has the jello and pudding boxes." She said as if that was helpful at all.
Alexithymiaa: "I literally had two drinks at the bar with Mr. Roth. Two. Have I ever been drunk off two drinks?" He asked in a growly voice, watching the officers filing paperwork and whatnot taking their sweet ass time. // "From what then?" He asked casually, glancing around him a bit as he tried to locate the aisle, but he wasn't going far so he wasn't finding it.-
Covet: "No, but that's more than what's expected of you in order to drive." Kelsey said. "It's not based on personal feeling.. it's based on legal limit. What is so hard about that to get?" // "Really?" Tae said stopping as she looked at him. " Getting hit hard enough can do it." She said softer, then drove past him to get to the baking aisle two more down.
Alexithymiaa: "Because I felt fine!" He raised his voice, stalking away from the bars and then back again. "It's not like I've never done this before because there's nothing impaired about me after two drinks." // "Oh..." Noah said quietly, connecting the dots a little too late. He followed behind her scooter with his cart, staying silent for a moment until they arrived at the baking aisle. "Sorry..."-
Covet: "It doesn't matter how YOU felt. it matters how much alcohol was in your system!" She shook her head at him. //"It's okay, you weren't there for that. I can't expect you to know everything that happened. Chocolate chips should be on this aisle." Tae said not really in a sad tone, dimissing the statments entirely.
Alexithymiaa: "But how can you arrest someone for driving while impaired if they're not impaired?" He asked, moving aside when the female officer came over after filing his paperwork to open the holding cell. He stepped out and she shut the door behind him, rolling his shoulders back. "I just want to shower. That's all I want." // Noah moved ahead of her, reaching out to grab a bag of plain chocolate chips from the shelf, giving it a little toss into his cart. "Yeah, but he was still a piece of shit and it's not something you shhould have ever had to deal with."-
Covet: "Because it's not about how you feel! LEGALLY YOU WERE IMPAIRED. Now would you shut up and stop having this circle arguement. You were in the wrong. Period. Regardless if you agree with it or not." She said walking ahead of him as the officer let him out of the cell. "You weren't even in here that long, to justify a shower." // "True, but there was plenty of time for me to walk away too. And I didn't walk away when I should have. So I'm not entirely not at fault here." Tae said.
Alexithymiaa: "Well I feel gross." He shot back with an attitude, shaking out his arms as if he was trying to shed himself of whatever unsanitary germs he picked up since getting here. Heading for the door, he pushed himself outside, taking a deep breath. "Finally some fresh air." // "I didn't say you weren't at fault too because you definitely should have walked away, but you shouldnt have been in that position to begin with." He reached out to grab a couple of boxes of pudding from the shelf, tossing them into his cart as well. "What else do you need?"-
Covet: Kelsey rolled her eyes at Brad's dramatics. " By the way, it was seventy five hundred to get you out." She said to him as she got to her car. "Are we going to have to get your vehicle out of impound too?" // "Umm, Cereal, peanut butter and bread." Tae said to him, kind of forgetting about the race since they got onto other topics.
Alexithymiaa: "So? I'll transfer you the money. Are you really that concerned about it?" He asked her defensively. "Yeah, but I'm not going today. I'll have Evan take me tomorrow to go pick it up and pay the stupid fine. This whole thing is stupid." He said angrily. // He reached out to grab the peanut butter off the shelf, tossing it into the cart since it was nearby. "What kind of cereal and bread? It's over there." He said, gesturing to an end cap stocked with bread.-
Covet: "No, I'm not. I'm just keeping you informed of how much your stupidity costs." Kelsey said to him. "Fine." // "Thanks, Just the normal sandwich bread and then one of the granola cereals." Tae said.
Alexithymiaa: "I'm not stupid." He grumbled, glancing around for her car and beginning to head in that direction. // He reached out to grab a loaf of white bread off the shelf and dropped into the cart, definitely smushing it in the process because he sucks. "Uhhh.... granola cereals? What the fuck is that?"-
Covet: "And you get to explain to Connor why I had to leave him in the middle of his homework to come get you out of jail." Kelsey added. "And it better not be along the lines of 'because the police don't like you'." // "The stuff that has the nuts and dried fruit and oats in it. The healthy cereal." Tae said to him laughing.
Alexithymiaa: -He opened his mouth to speak and quickly shut it because that was honestly going to be his answer since he's a fucking child. "So I should lie?" He asked, pulling open her car door and dropping into the passenger seat to be scrunched since long legs. // "Why would you want that?" He asked with a sneer, grabbing the first box of healthy cereal he saw, but also grabbing lucky charms because everyone knows that's better. "Look. We're done. Can we go now?" He asked as he started over to the cashier so they could pay and go home.-
Covet: "No, you shouldn't lie. You should tell him that you messed up and had to deal with the punishment for it. Why would you lie?" Kelsey said shaking her head. // "Because it tastes great with Yogurt." She said with a laugh. "That's what I eat for breakfast, gosh." She told him then nodded her head as they headed to go check out.
Alexithymiaa: "Because you don't want me to tell him the police hate me, which is true." He grumbled, leaning his head on the window to pout all the way home. // "Ew." He sneered since that's healthy and he doesnt do healthy food.-
