It happened in an instant
Struck by a bolt of lightning from the sky
My entire universe was forever changed
I no longer knew who I was
Everything I knew about myself was torn asunder
I always rejected and ignored lust and romance
But now, I feel myself being pulled into her magnetic field

Her eyes stare deep into me
I can't help but stare deep into them in return
Through them, I can see into the essence of her imagination
Past the anxiety and the melancholy, behind the intellectual philosophy
I witness the truth that lies buried deep within the graveyard of her subconscious
What my analysis tells me, is frightening
Nothing but horror

Her aura intermingles with my own
Sparks fly
I feel it, crackling
Traveling to every nerve in our bodies, like a shock
Eyes twitching
Hearts racing
Thoughts growing hyperactive
Muscles spasm
It continues to fester
The unstable, the uncontrollable, the unending, the unrestrained
Our dreams are disoriented, lost in dissary
All that remains, is visions of a massacre

The madness that was once locked in a cage
It's breaking free
I want to question this sensation
But I decide not to
I can no longer control myself
And neither can she
Losing ourselves to our most secretive desires
A whirlwind of vivacious wrath and horror
Time has lost all meaning
The spinning wheel of eternity is locked within our grasp
Fueled by our determination to carve our hopes and dreams into reality
This inferno is infinite, incapable of being washed away

Streaks of lightning dance along the metal of the blade
Her cutting knife glows beautifully in her hand
Dripping with crimson blood
Our shared breathe is both rapid yet steady
As she plunges the knife into me, I step forward, walking through it
I just want to be closer to her
Her violet-fuchsia eyes pull me in closer
Raindrops flow down our bodies, ignored
The stormy weather above serves only to empower us
Like opposite charges, there is a powerful attraction between us
Our faces share a magnetic pull
Closer, still, we are truly breathing the same air at this point
The blade digs deeper into me
The intense energy grows stronger, encircling us, crackling throughout our entire bodies
Positive and Negative come crashing together
Our lips finally make contact

A flash of lightning emits from us
Everything that was building up within us, finally explodes
The entire universe is forever changed
It was a disaster for all life
Except us
We were bathing in it
We became it
It became us
We became one
One with the sky
