Ultraman Clash Concept

Concept: Ultraman who uses the powers of both past Ultras and kaiju.

Story: When the mysterious cosmic energy known as PlasMons was discovered, the United Nations formed the NEST (New Energies and Sciences Trust) thinktank to research the phenomenon and it's connection to the world's monsters. This, in turn, gave rise to GLYD (Global League of Young Defenders), a team of operatives that respond to incidents involving monsters and try to contain or repel them. However, NEST's research has discovered something immensely disturbing. The PlasMons energy is undergoing a shift in wavelength and frequency, and this is causing monsters around the planet to become dangerously agressive.

Enter the newest member of GLYD, the young genius physicist Hiroto Ono. Despite that genius and his eccentricities, Hiroto is a quiet youth with a troubling inability to recall his childhood... and a mysterious secret. For in times of great danger, he uses the powers of Ultra Warriors past and their deadliest monster foes to transform into his true identity - Ultraman Clash! This newest Ultraman, who fights to pacify monsters when he can, may be both the greatest hope for humanity and the key to unlocking the secret of PlasMons energy.

But as conspiracies unravel, new foes arise and mysteries are unearthed, Clash begins to question not only his past, but the very idea of the bonds that an Ultraman calls their greatest strength...

Transformation:
- The collectables are PlasCells, battery-like devices using stored PlasMons Energy as their power. They are divided into two categories - Ultra and Kaiju.
- The Ultra provides the fighting style type (balanced, strength, ranged, speed).
- The Kaiju provides the "element" to accompany the fighting style (fire, earth, wind, water)
- The hero inserts one of each collectable into their transformation device. This materializes images of the Ultra and the Kaiju facing off against each other.
- When the hero completes the transformation, the ultra and kaiju trade a punch, shattering into motes of light energy that engulf the hero and transform him.
