(Scene opens, A face looks out of a screen onto the command deck of a ship, 8 people are sitting at consoles and starring at the screen. A middle aged man with graying hair looks at the young man in the center of the command deck)   (Old man) captain, go, you need to get out. The only way that you will get out of here is if you go. My family is safely aboard, if you come to get us you risk damage to your ship.   (Captain) NO! I won't leave you! There are ten thousand people on the planet with you.   (Old man) you cant, the orbital defenses will hold them for a little while, but you need to leave NOW!   (Captain) LIKE HELL I WILL!  (old man) GO! you need to get the genetic samples out, and if they catch you the alliance dies.   (Captain looks down and a tear falls) ok, I'll go.  (Old man) goodbye, brother, I love you. Take care of our sister.  (The captain now an older man wakes up in a cold sweat panting) JOHN!  (Captains wife stirs and wakes up) Tobias, are you ok?   (Tobias panting) yes (kisses his wife on the forehead) I'm fine sarah.   (Sarah lays back down and Tobias gets up and stretches)  (Sarah sits back up and looks at tobias) what are you doing? A young woman is sitting at one of the consoles.)  (Woman) bad dreams again dad?  (Tobias) yeah, eta to new eden?   (Woman) 13 hours, 57 minutes. Dad?   (Tobias) yes?  Woman) what was uncle John like? I only remember him aways smiling.   Tobias sits down at the chair in the center.of the command deck) be always smiled because he was content. He lived on Nerada colony most of his life, he never married or had any kids. He spent his life helping everyone he could. Nerada colony was a backwater moon, barely habitable, he spent 3 years fighting for the equipment to terraform the moon.  Woman) did he finally get the terraformers?  Tobias laughs) oh yes, the. And much more. He got a PCAV fleet to help defend the place!  Woman) what!? How?  Tobias) he found that the moon was 20 lightyears from a raider colony. He claimed that the moon was likely to make a better home for those people then the raider colony would. The fleet was to help defend the equipment.  Woman) he sounds like a great man.   Tobias) he was a great man. He gave everything to help turn a dustbowl colony into one of the premier R&D centers of the entire alliance.   Woman) you loved him very much didn't you.   Tobias) yes.
