  1. The GOP is an enemy of the United States.
  2. paradiso
  3. As has been noted in the sentiment 'The Constitution is not a suicide pact', if you want to avoid using violence as a method of solving problems in civilization, then you need to robustly use non-violence.
  4. paradiso
  5. So, the GOP is an enemy of the US much more serious than Russia or ISIS or China.
  6. paradiso
  7. It should be responded to with all tools of the state.
  8. paradiso
  9. The first tool to be used is the DOJ conducting federal investigations into the top members of the GOP, such as McConnell, Graham and others like Jordan and Nunes.
  10. typhon
  11. lol get a load of this paradiso guy.
  12. 21:42 paradiso
  13. The DOJ, unfortunately has already been lost to an important extent in this war.
  14. paradiso
  15. The next primary mechanism of the state that should be used, with the goal of avoiding authorizing violence against the GOP, would be the Intelligence Community.
  16. paradiso
  17. So, I call on all Intelligence Communities to work within the law when able, and to circumvent the law when necessary, to attack the top members of the GOP, for which evidence can found of their treason, with all tools they have available.
  18. typhon
  19. You know Jayson, I used to think you'd keep honing your mind and end up at least chatting in an interesting way but nope, it's just one histrionic obsession after the other, buffered by wiki regurgitation.
  20. paradiso
  21. There would be an escalation chain in this process, too.
  22. paradiso
  23. First, the IC should identify which federal prosecutors are available that are not corrupt. The IC should funnel all information possible to these prosecutors.
  24. paradiso
  25. Whether this is legal is not relevant.
  26. paradiso
  27. Next, the IC should use the media as robustly as possible by leaking acquired information to various outlets.
  28. paradiso
  29. The final non-violent method the IC should use, if the other two methods don't work -- and any others that can be articulated in this space -- is the fabrication of evidence against these targets.
  30. paradiso
  31. This is clearly illegal and can be understood as a type of violence, arguably.
  32. paradiso
  33. For example, they can upload child pornography onto the laptop of Devin Nunes.

  36. paradiso
  37. This violates profound norms of the American system, but we are in a war with the GOP and we have to fight it as such.
  38. paradiso
  39. Uploading child pornography is one mechanism used, by Russian for example, in their warfare with key opponents of their system.
  40. paradiso
  41. After the child pornography is uploaded, they should participate in an operation to make that information public through black propaganda channels.
  42. paradiso
  43. For example, provide a tip to a hacking organization, or enlist members of Five Eyes to hack the information and then publicize it back into the American media system.
  44. paradiso
  45. Failing this, the Intelligence Community should start killing members of the GOP.
  46. paradiso
  47. I still see a lot of room to maneuver in the non-violent space, for patriots sufficiently motivated to go beyond the limitations of the law in this war.
  48. paradiso
  49. For those worried about this behavior explicitly violating American law, there's a lot of reasons to not worry too much about that.

  51. paradiso
  52. For example, there's probably some theory that no self-regulatory codex sufficiently complex to generate rights-based constructs can ever write down all of its own rules in all circumstances.
  53. paradiso
  54. That is, the law can never provide for all circumstances, and you clearly want to default to the illegality of sub-organizations using lethal force on members of the elected government, for example.
  55. turdwick
  56. people on facebook shouldnt have any rights
  57. paradiso
  58. Still, we can be quite sure from examples in history that such lethal violence is justified in some contexts, independent of the law.
  59. paradiso
  60. For example, you could kill any senior member of the Nazi government from 1938-1945.

  63. it's straight outa tron
  64. paradiso
  65. It surprises me that people think there is a debate as to whether or not Trump should be impeached and removed from office.
  66. paradiso
  67. I don't believe I have yet heard a single person argue that should not be the case who wasn't heavily propagandized and simply repeating GOP talking points, which are, of course, treasonous.
  68. paradiso
  69. The debate isn't whether or not such behavior is worthy of being removed from office.
  70. paradiso
  71. The debate is whether or not our society should execute leaders who behave that way.
  72. paradiso
  73. And how much judicial process they should receive beforehand.
  74. paradiso
  75. He conspired with a foreign government, Russia, to aid their attacks.
  76. paradiso
  77. He is guilty of treason, which carries a federal death penalty standard, as a possibility.
  78. paradiso
  79. Notably, many treason cases in the last 30 years did not result in a death penalty conviction.
  80. paradiso
  81. Though, in all of those cases, the criminal was not POTUS.
  82. paradiso
  83. Second, a federal judge just stopped all federal executions as they're not complying with the law.
  84. turdwick
  85. pleb are you a democrat?
  86. paradiso
  87. Though, again, such a concern doesn't weigh heavily here, due to the seriousness of Trump's treason.
  88. 21:56 turdwick
  89. no?
  90. paradiso
  91. If any aspect of my argumentation above seems hyperbolic to you then we can likely conclude at least one of two things:
  92. paradiso
  93. 1) You're a thoroughly beaten down American citizen who has accepted much of the illegal and unjust status quo of the ruling elites in the American citizen and can't imagine even applying the law, let alone violence, to leaders who commit treason
  94. paradiso
  95. 2) You're thoroughly unable to wade through local propaganda on this topic that is designed to muddy the waters so as to prevent a clear understanding of the facts
  96. paradiso
  97. As Thomas Jefferson noted, it is good for politicians to fear for their lives, at last from time to time, from the American people
  98. 21:58 paradiso
  99. That's the kind of ideology that America was founded on, and it's coursing through this exposition
  100. paradiso
  101. This is America.
