Making the final leap from what could be called the maximum level of mortal peace and serenity to the utterly sublime existence of what could only be called divine enlightenment was...like waking up. It was like opening your eyes for the first time and becoming aware of the intense and wondrous beauty of the world. This...this was what it meant to be that entity known as Buddha. This was the final step on the road to Enlightenment, and all else would follow. Knowing all this...why did you feel as if you could reach further? (Inner Peace achieved!)
