- 27 brothers are leaving this fraternity this year. This is the most important pledge class in a long while. We decide the future of this fraternity. This fraternity has the best chance right now to become the best on campus, but it is all up to us.



joint accountability- constantly looking out for each other, we see each other do something dumb or dangerous, we stop him, if someone doesnt know the material, everyone tutors him until he knows it so we dont get punished because of one individual. When one of us fails, we all fail. When one of us excels, we all get rewarded

Why do we do this? So if we see one of us taking an unresponsive girl upstairs, we'd stop him. If one of us is about to start a big bar fight, we stop him. If we see someone about to drive drunk, we stop him.

The bond- No other organizations besides fraternities have the bond. No other group in the world will be able to acheive the bond that we will share. We have no bond as of now. I see 80% of you once a week when we should see each other every day

- By the end of this, our reasons for being here should not be for networking, philantropy, to get girls, or for community service. We should be there for each other

Chris- many of us have felt that you are failing us as a pledge class president. Many feel like you are not leading us correctly or even at all. The pcp needs to lead by example. You can command us to do shit all you want, but if you are not willing to put in effort to help out and seem like you don't care, then how can you expect any of us too?
