Oasis TL;DR version

A group of social outcasts ( a clanless nomad hedgemage, an urask scholar, a lamia new to talikihara proper, and an elvish assassin) band together to uncover the mysteries of the oasis world, why the world's magic leylines were shattered and how they can bring about the revival of talikihara's dead world. They must deal with sand pirates, giant monsters, an ancient conspiracy and an evil mastermind manipulating the city states to his will.
