I would say psych, but eh? - Vary Appeal

Hi I need to appeal a ban that happened on Sunday of like a week ago. Long story Short, I'll just post it cause it's easier that way and I don't have write some prose filled statement. Below is messages transpired of day.

So this is the interaction that got me banned. With a "fuck off" as the reasoning. From there this was posted in OOC: OOC: Fortido3: banned for <s>disrespecting vuffa martial law</s> repeatedly calling us all idiots for not giving him his app result after we told him first we were getting to it, then that per our previous announcement itd be denied for him insisting on messaging us during app result distribution, then yelling at us about THAT... etc.


Two things, or maybe three: 1) I didn't yell. I was yelled at though I guess, and cursed at. That's disrespectful. 2) I agree with Vuffa saying he was "dumb af". That's not everyone. that's him. If he can acknowledge that, then hey- that's it. 3) No one told they were getting to anything first AND they actually did gmhelp prior with some results for me. I asked about the other. This is my first time ever TSing, and the app they did respond too was put in much later than the one that I wanted info on it considering they told me once before that they would get back to me AFTER prematurely denying me for a lack of requirements I had that were stated in an app. Anyways, not negligence isn't my point here. Not really atleast.

  Laymen explanation. It's at the bottom so I don't really think it'll be read actually, but. . .: I didn't actually do anything to get banned. Forti, and Vuffa just seemed to do it, and wanted to uphold it. Slayer actually did say I would be unbanned after since there was no true bannable offense. Any claim of toxicity I will contest because I didn't rudely come at anyone. Like they did.

I've seen them do it in the event chat as well. No logs atm since I left, but if they can exist here while snapping at people- I definitely believe I can just from roleplaying and not throwing a fit if someone asks me a question.
