- Anno/Postcards/Crash to Desktop - Left DM
- >Sim Shitty/Turbine/OpenTTD - Right DM
- Rivers/Swastika/No Grid - Left CB
- Noise/Grid/Realism - Right CB
- Sub AM for CB and go P2 at 70 or if losing at HT
- Go P3 if losing at 70 or by 2 or more at HT. If already subbed AM for CB earlier in game, put most tired CB at AM, the CB you subbed in already at CB, and sub in a fresh AMF
