This is a really safe Route for Any% which makes the hardest fight in the normal route (Surge) was easier by putting him later in the route. This would loose you about 4 minutes, but you really can´t die to surge unless stupid things happen.

>Rng Manip starter, else: 10/x/11/x/9 (At least 15 Sp.Attack at 8).
>Brock.
>Mt. Moon.
>Misty (Buy 2 super potions if you wanna go safe).
>Bill.
>S.S Anne (You skip the 2nd heal here if you have 2 or more [preferred: 3/4] Mega Kicks).
>Skip Surge, get Bike Voucher.
>Back to Cerulean, get Bike.
>You need at least 2 MK PP for first fight on Route 9.
>When entering Rock Tunnel: Elixir + Potion + Cheri + Repel.
>Rock Tunnel (Martha: ALWAYS Bite before MK on both Oddish and Bulba).
>Route 8.
>Cerulean, get the Tea, then head into Saffron and then to Vermillion.
>Enter Surge´s Gym.
	>Cans.
	>Tucker: WP.
	>Torrent is perfect for Surge, heal to full if not in Torrent.
	>Surge:
		*If Torrent: WP all.
		*If not in Torrent: WP (+ WP); WP; WP + WP.
>Head back to Cerulean.
>Silph Scope.
>Shopping + Fly.
>Pokémon Tower + PokéFlute.
>Cycling Road.
>Safari Zone + Koga (Safest strat: Heal to full and setup on Muk).
>Cinnabar Mansion + Blaine (Blizzard in Mansion).
>Erika.
>Silph. Co.
>Sabrina.
>Giovanni.
>Vermillion Rival.
>V. Road.
>PC heal Blastoise + deposit Flier/Cutter.
>Buy Full Restores, Equip Lum Berry.
